Location, as central as it gets in beautiful old town Chania. The breakfast arrangements were amazing. The waiter was very kind, and the food was extremely quality/ more than enough to fill you up. It gets very loud outside, but the windows kept most of the noise from entering. The water pressure may have been the most pressure we have ever experienced anywhere. The cleaning lady was incredible at her job and deserves a lot of credit for how polite and professional she is. Give this woman a raise!

The bed was by far the worst part of the experience. We were able to endure it, but it felt like we were sleeping on a hard wooden sheet of ply-wood. The mini bar is un-needed and took up space from where we needed to store our water and food. The steps felt a bit sketchy and borderline unsafe in my opinion. Luckily we were on the first floor. We really would have appreciated if the host had chatted with us for a couple minutes! Katia was busy with other guests, but a quick 1-2 min conversation would have made us feel even more welcomed.

We loved the location and the lady who cleaned the rooms was very good at her job! Mini was stocked with refreshments and the were accommodating about holding our luggage until our flight on the last day.

The only ‘small print’ issue was confusion with the coffee pods.. I feel they should provide 2 per day and any extra’s should be additional cost but you actually only have 2 free pods on the first day then they’re automatically restocked. We used them because we missed the little label saying the cost. Not a big deal but it would be a nice touch.

Wow, we were right in the middle of the old town right by the heart of the famous inner harbour. Even though space was tight, the suite had everything we needed including a mini fridge, microwave oven, and kettle. Tastefully renovated and decorated.

As a couple we would have appreciated a second set of entry keys. As seniors it was a long way up the many stairs to our room carry 20 kg of luggage. All in all, though, we would certainly recommend Dream Art Studio.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay in! Right at the heart of Chania. This is the kind of place to stay if you want to explore the city at any time without paying for transport - but also quiet during night time. Very close to the bus station. We didn't get a chance to meet the host but communicated through booking.com and they were very accommodating - thank you :) Definitely recommend and will visit again!

The apartment is right in the middle of the old town. A few steps away is the port where the restaurant is also located in which the breakfast was served. We usually sat outside and enjoyed the view of the port and the old lighthouse of Chania. There is a parking area where we parked our rental car. It's in a walking distance of around 10 minutes to be reached. Katja, the nice lady that runs the apartment complex, recommended it to us.

The breakfast menu that was served was everyday exactly the same. It gets a little bit tedious when one stays a little bit longer.

Location excellent 2 minutes from the harbour, beautifully presented, daily cleaner was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast included was very good and provided by harbour side restaurant. Nespresso coffee machine with complementary capsules. Good shower and bathroom sink. Microwave oven.

No kitchen sink to wash dishes. Some people might struggle with bags on the steep stairs. Only 1 hot plate meant very limited cooking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dream Art Studios. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need, from AC to a mini fridge, a coffee maker and even a little microwave. The location is great, in the center close to the harbor with shops and restaurants all around.

The only downside is that the apartment has wooden floors and our upstairs neighbors walked around like a herd of elephants....

Aesthetically speaking it was really nice. The location cannot be beat if you are looking to be in the old town. Meals and shoppinng and history weere everywhere.

In my room, there was not a propper window. They were small squares that didn'tlet in any light or air. and the green emergency light was aweful for sleeping. If I hadn't brought a sleeping mask it would have ruined my stay.

Very nicely designed hotel, right in the middle of the old town. The room had everything I needed for a short stay, the bed was super comfortable - I slept really well. Checking in and out was easy, and the communication with Katia was great leading to and throughout my stay.

The staircase leading from the entrance to the first floor was quite narrow and steep, luckily I only had a backpack - a person with a heavy suitcase or with mobility problems will likely find it hard to navigate it.

Lovely touches, beautifully folded towels, very clean, drinks and snacks available along with crockery and cutlery. The cleaner was incredibly kind and helpful. She helped us up the stairs with our bags. Excellent facility in being able to leave our suitcases there after we checked out and being trusted with a key to re-enter the property and collect them. The communication with the owner prior to our arrival was excellent.

The owner cannot change it but the stairs are difficult with big suitcases. The shower curtain did not stay in the shower so we worried about the floor. The room was very light at night and there was a green emergency light on the wall which took a bit of getting used to.
