The housekeeper was very nice and helped us organise the room as well as took out the rubbish every day. The location is excellent, only a few mins walk to the old town but very quiet at night. We liked that there were clothes hangers and coffee and tea available. Communication from the owner was great and they helped answer any questions we had and was very quick at replying.

The only thing was the room was quite small and the light was dim (the window faces the entrance to the property so we couldn't really open it all the time for privacy) but I guess it's not a huge issue if you're gonna be out all day. The property is nice but of course the quality of the room also varies depending on what room you select. The one we selected was smaller, it was fine for us since we only had backpacks but there's not much space if you have a bigger suitcase.

I liked everything! Everything was great, very comfortable accommodation, always clean and tidy, comfortable bed, working fridge and air conditioning, and a great shower room, the owners of the room were constantly in touch with me and I received help with any questions. I also want to add that the location of the hotel is very convenient, 2 minutes and you are in the center of all the main events, many shops and restaurants nearby, I recommend it to everyone!

Location was incredible. 30 second walk from Chania Venetian Port. Limited Street parking but you have to walk a little bit but for the perfect location this was no worries to us. The room was quite large, with a good shower and very comfortable bed. Good aircon. And beds were made daily and fresh towels every second day. Didn’t see any staff but that wasn’t a worry to us. They reply very quickly to messages on booking.com and help out any needs. Recommend this place

Wifi is not the greatest.

The rooms are just right next to the Venetian harbor, which is visible from the balcony. There was a coffee machine with free coffee, tea and water. The room was very clean and there were toileteries in the bathroom. Access to the accommodation was easy and smooth.

Being in the old center has its disadvantages. The house is situated right above the club street so it was a bit noisy. You can hear your neighbors as well, and the whole room is vibrating when someone from the next rooms is walking, etc. Weird sensation. But overall it was a good experience.

The manager made us feel right at home the second we got there. The place is super welcoming. We had book a modest room so it was what we expected but the location was perfect and we felt home. We would go back.

Nothing. We very much enjoyed our time in Samos, it was just a bit difficult to park in the area and in the spring the hotel restaurant was unfortunately not opened yet so we couldn't breakfast at the hotel.

Excellent location. At the heart of the old port, but not on the main street. Small kitchen to prepare meals. The balcony is a nice touch.

The communication was online and the answers were not always fast. The internet stopped working, but hopefully I was able to fix it (you're welcome! 😁). The kitchen has no stove or microwave.

Great location (two steps away from Chania Venetian port, 10 minutes walking distance from the KTEL Chania Central Bus Station), cleanest room, fridge, etc, everything that a tourist needs to have a nice vacation :)

I know it's not directly linked to the property or Mr Pavlakis' wonderful house and services, but the club that's directly under the seafront rooms really kills a good night's sleep of people who have explored the island all day and want to rest :(

Perfect location! Warm and friendly housekeeper! In fact Nicoletta is much more than a housekeeper. She is Giannis's greatest asset, a kind and thoughtful lady who does everything possible to make your stay comfortable. We discovered we both share a love of coffee and very soon she brought me an electric coffee pot which produced steaming hot coffee in virtually an instant. As a solo traveller, it's meeting people like Nicoletta that make your experience one you will never forget.

I can only reiterate what has been said before by other travellers. The accommodation while comfortable is definitely in need of an update. The lighting in the kitchen is very poor. Extra visibility gained from switching on the bathroom and range hood lights made a bit of difference. The shower curtain is completely inadequate, two old, narrow pieces of plastic curtain which do not contain the water. However Nicoletta provided additional bath mats to soak up the water so the problem was solved!

Room was clean and comfortable for our 2 night stay. Toiletries, water, tea, coffee, lots of little extras. Even had a cake left by the cleaner. Location was excellent, right in the middle of everything. Instructions before our late check in were easy and clear. Thanks a lot. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing really. Bit dated, but not an issue. Steps up to balcony were a bit odd, but again fine for us.

Perfect location, very clean (they come and clean everyday), good communication with the host. There is an ironing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine with capsules (complementary), water on first day and candies. I highly recommend the accommodation!
