The hotel room had a wonderful, rustic, country vibe with beautiful flower bedsheets. It was in a great location with easy access. The staff was so wonderful and helpfull. We will 100% be recommending this hotel!

The only problem we had was the noise from the street below. It was difficult to fall asleep due to the loud people sitting at the restaurant outside, and then in the morning the restaurant owners getting to work.

Everything was perfect, well located, super clean, comfortable and cute room. The bathroom and the shower was really clean and good, something sometimes difficult to find.

Everything was perfect! The only thing is that parking is not included but it would be impossible as it is in the center of Chania where no cars are allowed.

Very clean, even tho it’s a B&B room cleaning service available every day, amazing staff and breakfast. In the center of the city.

The location was excellent, in the heart of old town -- very closed to the shops and restaurants. Our room was in the back of the building so it was quiet. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Staff, location, and facilities provided were all excellent. The bed was also incredibly comfortable . Would recommend staying here if looking for a short break in Chania.

The room was a little tired and needed some redecorating/ general maintenance. The balcony was a nice touch but there were no chairs, so it couldn't really be used.

Hotel personal was really nice and helpful, they managed a taxi from airport for me, showed me my room and watched my luggage when I spend a day in the city after checkout. The breakfast on a terrase was one of the best I have ever had in hotel.

The only small disadvantage was louder music from a street during a night.

The reception and breakfast are at different building 100m from the rooms. The proximity to the church bell will wake you up everyday at 7:00

Clean, great location and had the minimal comforts that I require.The staff was friendly and helpful. Cute room!

The noise from the restaurant/bar next door. It was ok, until I had to get up early for day trips and the airport. The noise doesn't stop until approximately 2am.
