Lovely room right in the heart of the harbor, beautiful view from the balcony, decor was on point. And the price was perfect

Not the hotels fault at all but there are no street signs, they send a map but it's impossible to read especially when you're driving. I had a mini meltdown having been driving for a long time and Katrina (i believe that was her name) was kind enough to send her colleague to meet me and guide me to the (tiny) parking lot. It's also hard to find the other hotel where you have to check in. But this, again, has no bearing on how lovely the room was.

The room was lovely the bed was a super king and extremely comfy Very close to the old town in Chania which was just what we wanted

We were on the ground floor I don't think there was much sound insulation between upstairs and us, very noisy footfall at times The check in was at another hotel although not too far away we were told that it was called Ellia Bettola but only Ellia was written on the sign it is a single door in between 2 shops so not the easiest to find at 11 pm at night! Access to our apartment was through a secluded square where there were several rough sleepers something to consider before booking

beautiful room equipped with all the facilities. Daily cleaning and different shower kits. Also, two bottles of water were provided for free. Great position in the center of Chania, with a lot of restaurants, shops, and bars around. The staff was super nice and welcoming. Very comfortable beds with a lot of pillows, nice bathroom.

The WiFi in the room was not very efficient, expect for the second day, it was not so stable and fast. Anyhow, I managed to work.

I liked how it was right in town, so it was easy to walk everywhere

I didn’t like how the entrance was in the back. I wouldn’t have to mind it if the back area was more safe looking. There was lots of construction and homeless people but they didn’t bother me. Just being a sole travel girl is was a little scary.

Fantastic location, a short walk from the harbour in one direction and the bus and taxi services in the other. The room was very clean and well serviced and the air con was a treat.

If you struggle with steps this may be an issue as there’s no lift.

Great location, fair price, the room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was good!

The building is old and the room was turning really hot and humid during the day, making the return to the room unpleasant for a good amount of time until it got cooler again.

At arrival we were granted a free room upgrade for the 2 nights that we stayed. The receptionist was very friendly and, after providing some usefull info, she escorted us to the property (2min walk from checkin location). The room was big and comfortable, the balcony overlooks the city center but it's not in a noisy area. Free public parking is available in a nearby square.

The entrance of the property is in a back street and unfortunately for the property the area is not the cleanest (definitely not their fault)

Just a tip: to check in you have to go to the larger Elia hotel that is about a half block to the west of this location so if you roll your suitcase to this boutique hotel you will have to backtrack and go down some granite steps to the west and walk further into the old town to check in. We didn't see that on the description or confirmation and luckily the door was ajar and a maid was there who kind of signaled us where to go.

Lovely room, nicely decorated, great bathroom - best shower of our whole trip.

It was a very run down and dirty area which was not pleasant to walk through to reach the hotel entrance. Couple of windows in the roof so no views.

Great location. Only needed for 1 night at the end of my holiday prior to flying home. It was a perfect location near the bus station and the old town to explore

No reception at the property, whilst the walk isn’t far to where you check in/out (2 mins), with cases it was frustrating
