Ideal in all aspects, quiet but very close to wine bars and restaurants. Easily accessible to the harbour front and the new town and local buses. The staff at the hotel and generally everywhere were friendly and generous. Great holiday great place to stay.

A couple of chairs in the room would have been nice to avoid having only the bed.

The property is as pictured and in a wonderful location. The AC was great, albeit, bright. The room was well equipped, I just wish we would’ve been able to sleep better. Due to the location, I would book another short stay here.

The bed was extremely hard…. Felt like sleeping on cardboard. Also, the room doesn’t get very dark as the shades don’t block out all the light, and the AC unit display glows, as does the fuse box in the corner of the room.

The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, gave us plenty of recommendations for around town and around the island. The room was large and comfortable, lots of great light and windows. Bathroom was new and clean. Really great location, not loud and close to different parts of town, some nice restaurants near by, cafes for breakfast and places with music for dinner. Easy check in and check out

The location was superb , the room clean and the bed comfortable. .

Complete lack of drawers meant we couldn’t unpack our suitcases and there was nowhere to stand the cases. When we arrived the room was very cold and smelt musty. We might have been the first guests of the season but the room could have been aired.

This hotel was lovely to stay at. The host was so lovely and helpful, I could text her any time of the day for any recommendations or advice as I was travelling solo and she would be right there to help. The room was IMMACULATE, super spacious and really lovely interior. The location is honestly amazing, right in the heart of the old town so you can walk to the best restaurants or to the harbour within seconds. Housekeepers were so friendly and room was cleaned every day. I couldn't have asked for more from the stay, and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chania old town!

The ONLY improvements would be that the wifi didnt work in the room occasionally and the room was a bit dark which cant be helped due to windows but other than this everything was perfect :)

Great location right I the centre of the old Town walking distance to the old port, lovely restaurants, shops and bars. Excellent family room with beautiful balcony overlooking ancient ruins. Excellent communication with reception very informative about local attractions and trips lovely stay in Chania will definately be back 😊

Parking difficult at times but to be expected in old town

Old buildings delightfully converted, in the old venetian narrow streets. Our room was spacious, quiet and light. Large, very comfortable bed, plus seating. Small balcony/terrace outside with table and chairs. Well situated with just a short walk to the old town and also, in the opposite direction, only a few minutes walk to the city centre. Loads of tavernas nearby.

Reception was open when we arrived but closed when we went out in the early evening nor open when we departed the following morning. Not a problem for us but it may have been useful to provide, or for guests to ask for, an out of hours reception telephone contact should it become necessary. In fairness, there was a "Thank you for staying" card in the room, which contained general contact information but it wasn't obvious that referred to out of hours issues.

Loved the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a quadruple room and were a family of 4 (teen kids) - the room was spacious, and had a cute balcony that we could sit at with a nice view of the courtyard. Room was very clean, air conditioning worked well, beds were comfy enough! Very happy and would definitely stay again!

Great location within Chania. One of the rooms looked out over a beautiful ivy and flower-covered building. Fresh towels every two days if you want and daily cleaning if you want. The refrigerator was stocked with a few cold waters upon our arrival.

For the price, it would have been nice to have some decent coffee and cream in the room. The internet in our room was not good.

Amazing location in a cool part of town with bars right round the corner, lots of good recommendations in the room booklet, the room was very spacious and cleaned too a high standard every day.

Not really a room fault but the car hire company advertised in the hotel is very expensive compared to others in town.
