Couldn’t recommend Creten Berry more!! Such a cute room for a couple, the facilities were great and the room was cleaned on a daily! The host was also lovely, we arrived super late at night and the instructions that were left were extremely helpful. The location is spot on, 3 minute walk to the harbor, great bakery around the corner, laundromat too, breakfast place and we also HIGHLY recommend you go to Marydaki, which is the seafood taverna around the corner!! Such a good feed and great value for money! High recommend!!!!

It’s a special way to be in the heart of old town without being bombarded by the crowds of the inner quarter. Breakfast was provided by vouchers we used at exceptional restaurants. The owner/manager was a great communicator and made us feel confidence before we even arrived at the guest house.

Parking was insane and not the fault of the guest house. It’s just located in old town where, honestly all kinds of moving things (including vespas ) should be prohibited. A suggestion to the management is that they reach out to future guests to discourage renting a car, provide information about parking in Chania including use of the parking app in advance of their stay and include information about getting around Chania and other parts/sights on the island.

Very comfortable room and super clean! Located in the old centre town with direct access to the shops. Ms Georgia, the manager, was also very helpful and polite! Absolutely recommended 👌👌

We really liked that the hotel was located in the heart of the old town. There were plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby, and the Venetian harbor was just a short walk away. The room was also clean and tidy.

the air conditioning didn’t work well, and the room felt damp. We also saw a couple of cockroaches, which was unpleasant. Cleaning only happened at certain times, and twice we missed it because we were in the room, so it wasn’t cleaned on those days.

Giorgia personally made sure everything is alright and everything works well, with some wonderful tips. Thanks again for everything. The room was spacious and clean, with a mini kitchen. The room was cleaned daily. They give you a breakfast voucher to have your breakfast at another restaurant. This breakfast was also fine but a bit inflexible in terms of time and menu. The location was very central.

The central location comes with a downside: Noise. It was time to time difficult to sleep. There was only shampoo and dishsoap in the rooms, no conditioner no handsoap. I bought this myself from a nearby shop. Even though I kinda asked for it they didnt replace towels daily. I was told that I can use my breakfast voucher later for discount but later I found out it is 10% Discount on other items in the menu, so useless. And one day I needed to have early breakfast due to a boat trip but this restaurant at which you can have breakfast opens at 9.00 am so was not very useful.

Location was in a perfect area, close to restaurants and cafes. We got around using the bus system and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk from the main bus station, so it was perfect in terms of that. We had the reception staff waiting for us in check in to introudce herself which was nice and had our rooms cleaned daily.

The room was tiny, 2 girls staying in the room with quite big luggages. Left hardly any room to walk around so just beware. The room is only good to sleep in and shower.

I LOVED my stay here. The absolute best value for money, the staff was amazing. I am unsure of what the woman’s name is that I spoke to on the phone, but she was amazingly nice and helpful with all of my questions. They even let me stay on the second floor instead of the ground floor since nobody had booked the other room and it made my stay much more comfortable! The room was incredibly clean, bathroom was nice, free coffee and tea, and the TV had Netflix which was amazing. Overall, would absolutely stay here again, I had such a great time.

There was a loud club or something that BLASTED music at night, but it was easy enough to tune out by turning up the air conditioning. And it’s the only negative of the entire place, so this is just being picky.

The location was excellent and the host was very responsive when we had questions. It was very nice to have a drying rack out on the balcony and a coffee maker and refrigerator. The host left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift which was very nice.

We did not realize how many steep circular steps there would be to the room so we wished we had booked a room on a lower level. It was also very odd that the bathroom door was see through from the room, but reflective from the inside. It would have been nice to have enough coffee pods for two cups each.

My husband and I stayed here for our elopement in Crete and post-ceremony honeymoon. Amazing boutique hotel with great location on beautiful quiet street in Chania's old town. You would never guess that you are a minutes walk from the bustling action of the harbor. Our room was spacious and did not feel cramped with all of the stuff we brought for our two week trip and our wedding ceremony clothes. Georgia, the hotel manager (I'm not sure if she is the owner as well) was there to meet us when we checked in and went above and beyond to ensure we were perfectly comfortable throughout our stay. She even worked with the cleaning staff to arrange our room so it had rose pedals and balloons in honor of our wedding one of the days when we were out and personally delivered a hand packed lunch the night before we left as we had to get up early to head to our next destination before the free breakfast was served. The cleaning staff was also beyond friendly and provided an amazing service. They went above and beyond cleaning our room each day, delicately putting away my wedding dress and organizing our shoes, folding any clothes left out on the bed, etc. Would stay here again without hesitation on any future visits to Chania!

The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable for two people. I can’t name a flaw! The location is great (if you have a car the parking is a little tricky) but otherwise it is in the heart of the old town. Everything was clean the wifi was working well and the owner was approachable at all times and very kind and communicating. It a very nice place to stay for your holidays I would definitely recommend it!
