Honestly the best customer service we've ever received, anywhere! From the moment we booked, Georgia couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, giving advice and arranging our taxis and several excursions for us. She was always just a message away when we had a question, and we had several! Thank you Georgia for your patience and help. You're amazing! The room is lovely and spacious with a great shower and air-con. The balcony is small but perfectly adequate to sit outside and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The beds were made and coffee replenished daily, and we loved the location, which was central to the Old Town without being noisy. We can't recommend this highly enough and we're so glad we stayed here.

Nothing, everything was great! Just a warning that Room 5 is up steep and narrow stairs which wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. But for us it was no problem.

We stayed at Cretan Berry Sarpaki for 5 nights and found it to be very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also close enough to the town to easily see the sights but located on a quiet street. The bed and bedding are lovely. The customer service was great and communication very quick. We were able to organise to store our bags at reception after check out on our last day and Georgia also organised us an airport transfer for 32€ which made our final day hassle-free.

Towels are only changed on every third day, unless you want to pay an extra fee. This can be a little difficult with extra showers in the hot summer weather but wouldn’t be enough to put us off staying again!

The manager, Georgia, was exceptional—extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was absolutely stunning: beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was plush and cozy, making for a perfect night’s sleep. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful touch. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. Truly a fantastic stay from start to finish.

Couldn’t recommend Creten Berry more!! Such a cute room for a couple, the facilities were great and the room was cleaned on a daily! The host was also lovely, we arrived super late at night and the instructions that were left were extremely helpful. The location is spot on, 3 minute walk to the harbor, great bakery around the corner, laundromat too, breakfast place and we also HIGHLY recommend you go to Marydaki, which is the seafood taverna around the corner!! Such a good feed and great value for money! High recommend!!!!

It’s a special way to be in the heart of old town without being bombarded by the crowds of the inner quarter. Breakfast was provided by vouchers we used at exceptional restaurants. The owner/manager was a great communicator and made us feel confidence before we even arrived at the guest house.

Parking was insane and not the fault of the guest house. It’s just located in old town where, honestly all kinds of moving things (including vespas ) should be prohibited. A suggestion to the management is that they reach out to future guests to discourage renting a car, provide information about parking in Chania including use of the parking app in advance of their stay and include information about getting around Chania and other parts/sights on the island.

We really liked that the hotel was located in the heart of the old town. There were plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby, and the Venetian harbor was just a short walk away. The room was also clean and tidy.

the air conditioning didn’t work well, and the room felt damp. We also saw a couple of cockroaches, which was unpleasant. Cleaning only happened at certain times, and twice we missed it because we were in the room, so it wasn’t cleaned on those days.

Very comfortable room and super clean! Located in the old centre town with direct access to the shops. Ms Georgia, the manager, was also very helpful and polite! Absolutely recommended 👌👌

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, especially the sheets and towels. The hotel is located in a charming area in the heart of old town, within walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, and the port. The staff were very friendly and responsive, and helped me modify my checkin time as well as arrange an airport taxi for me when I reached out via whatsapp. It was an overall pleasant and memorable stay!

Giorgia personally made sure everything is alright and everything works well, with some wonderful tips. Thanks again for everything. The room was spacious and clean, with a mini kitchen. The room was cleaned daily. They give you a breakfast voucher to have your breakfast at another restaurant. This breakfast was also fine but a bit inflexible in terms of time and menu. The location was very central.

The central location comes with a downside: Noise. It was time to time difficult to sleep. There was only shampoo and dishsoap in the rooms, no conditioner no handsoap. I bought this myself from a nearby shop. Even though I kinda asked for it they didnt replace towels daily. I was told that I can use my breakfast voucher later for discount but later I found out it is 10% Discount on other items in the menu, so useless. And one day I needed to have early breakfast due to a boat trip but this restaurant at which you can have breakfast opens at 9.00 am so was not very useful.

Location was in a perfect area, close to restaurants and cafes. We got around using the bus system and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk from the main bus station, so it was perfect in terms of that. We had the reception staff waiting for us in check in to introudce herself which was nice and had our rooms cleaned daily.

The room was tiny, 2 girls staying in the room with quite big luggages. Left hardly any room to walk around so just beware. The room is only good to sleep in and shower.
