Our room number was 104 and it was perfect! No noise whatsoever from the lively street outside (many restaurants with outdoor seating - no cars allowed). English speaking hosts and super helpful in assisting w booking tours, transportation, etc. ~5 mins easy walk to bus stop (where tour buses and city buses pick-up/drop-off). Taxi pick-up/drop-off ~1 min walk. Beach towels and umbrella were available. Inside, room was fully renovated. Access code allows self check-in whenever - easy peasy. Loved our 4 nights in Chania.

No elevator but I think that is pretty normal for buildings in historical parts of towns. No breakfast, but there are many good places within a few minutes walk.

This hotel was a great find! The location is close to everything. We booked the "Premium Suite with Balcony" which was comfortable and spacious, both the main room as well as the bathroom. In addition everything was very clean and well kept. The property sits between two parallel pedestrian streets which are charming, with a great choice of cozy bars and restaurants only a few metres away. The entrance is from Hatzimihali Daliani street and our specific room had the balcony overlooking Tsouderon street (quiet and nice). Very handy balcony, where you can also have a drink at night. Friendly host, made us feel very welcome. Overall the hotel stay exceeded our expectations and we would happily return if we are in Chania again!

There was nothing that we did not like about the place, everything was great! If I had to push, I would make a small note that did not, however, affect our stay in the slightest: The rooms are either on the first or second floor, and due to local regulations a lift cannot be installed on the property so the stairs have to be used to carry the luggage during check-in and check-out.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for four nights, and everything about our experience was outstanding. The location couldn’t be better – situated right on the most beautiful street in Chania, with charming restaurants, cafes, and shops just outside the door. The ambiance of the area added so much to our stay, and the hotel itself was stylish, comfortable, and full of character. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible service we received, especially from the Front Office Manager, Konstantina Papadaki. I had accidentally left my wallet behind in Chania, nearly three hours away, and only realized this after we had already arrived in Chania. Konstantina went above and beyond to help us – she personally arranged to have the wallet transported by bus, coordinated everything seamlessly, and made sure it reached me safely. Thanks to her quick thinking, professionalism, and genuine care, a stressful situation was resolved without a hitch. Konstantina’s kindness and efficiency turned what could have been a holiday disaster into a shining example of hospitality at its best. We are deeply grateful for her help and will definitely return – not only because of the wonderful hotel, but also because of the people like Konstantina who make it so special. Highly recommended in every way!

The location was excellent, with everything just a short walk away. Since it’s near the old town of Chania, parking isn’t accessible, but totally worth the walk. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a coffee maker, a TV, and a small balcony. It was quiet after 2-3pm at night, there are many shops and restaurants around, so if you are a light sleeper we’d recommend some noise cancelling earplugs. Nonetheless, the room was very nice and comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were kind and welcoming, personally showing us to our room. Although we only stayed for one night, we would definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

I had an amazing stay at the Minaret Apartments in Chania. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local attractions and hidden gems. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything needed. The service was top-notch, and I really appreciated the variety in the breakfast offerings; each morning was something new and delicious. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania

Incredibly comfortable room, lots of space for us both. The space was cleverly organised.The bed was really large and so comfortable. It is composed of 2 separate matresses but feels like a whole bed. It was great to be able to fidget without the other feeling it. The room had all the right amenities including a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, the air con worked well and did not make any noise at all. It was so quiet, we slept so soundly even though the street outside was busy. Blackburn curtains were very efficient. There is a lovely balcony that afforded us a beautiful view over the area. The bathroom was amazing, very modern and clean. Separate toilets is always a nice touch. The access was privatised and did not require walking through a reception so it is easy to come and go at any time of the day and night. At this price, we had an amazing stay. Very happy.

The location is amazing. Corner coffee shop (monogram roasters) 2 minutes away, tattoo shop (giafka tattoo studio 33) across street, restaurant (ēstro) mid block, corner shop (fresco market) on the opposite end of the street. It is minutes away from the bay of Old Town Chania. The patios are lovely, especially the one looking over the cafe below. The minaret is undergoing preservation, but it is beautiful. The flat is spacious, clean and the furniture comfortable. Bedding is sumptuous, and I slept the best I have in a long while on travel. This is my 3rd and best stay in Chania. Thank you!!

IF we had a car and tons of luggage, I MIGHT have disliked the off site parking. But the directions and maps were so helpful for that that I do not think so. It's been a fantastic stay!!

This is an excellent hotel that has been refurbished to a high standard. The location is superb and perfect for exploring old Chania. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly too.

There was nothing about the property we disliked. The parking in the area is a challenge, but it’s the same for everyone in the city, including local residents. The information provided by the hotel was very helpful though and enabled us to park 10 minutes walk away for free for the duration of our stay.

Great location if you want to experience Chania Old Town. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped. It has a small balcony with a view to the minaret, and a small terrace at the back of the building .The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean. Even if it is located in a pedestrian street that during the night can get busy, but the noise doesn't disturbed us, the apartment is well sound isolated. It is quite difficult to park near the hotel (on the street), so if you have a car take that into consideration.

Friendly and efficient staff greeted us at the reception. The place was spotless and well-decorated. Also appreciated the complimentary little cookies and waters given to us every day :) The location is also right at the old town of Chania which made accessing tours very easy.

Aircon was faulty on arrival - it was very hot on the day. However, the staff on duty supported with the issue and offered us another room to stay in. So, no complaints, just slightly inconvenient.
