Location was great and a unique and beautiful building. Loved having a balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of old town life. Close to excellent cafes and restaurants and short walk to shops and sights

Lack of information provided about the property ie how to use the tv, when is check out and general visitor info. And lack of assistance - I didn’t realise when I booked that it was not staffed. Just a lock box key provided so as a solo traveller had to carry bags two flights of narrow stairs without assistance. Also nowhere to leave bags after checkout. Housekeeping was slow some days and came well into the afternoon when I wanted to be back in my room after a morning sight seeing. Note if you don’t like the noise and quiet hum of people enjoying dinner and drinks then this might not be for you. I liked hearing life but that also came with the sounds of 3am garbage trucks!

The room was huge and so spacious. Perfect location at the doorstep of the best coffee spot in Chania. Minutes walk into the main part of town. The hosts amazing, I felt like they were family! Booked tours for me, transfer to airport, taxi information, restaurant recommendations (which were amazing!)- it was exceptional. Secure building, easiest arrival instructions. Daily housekeeping that was superior and never bothered me or interrupted my stay in any way. I couldn’t say enough about this property and the hosts- I will stay here every time I come to Chania.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Easy checkin process and you can’t beat the area - amazing cocktail & Espresso bar 5 steps from the front door and incredible restaurants all along the walking street. The cleaning lady was even so sweet and gave me a beach umbrella to use for the day.

There was a bit of noise from a lounge in the area but only on the one night.. and I checked it out the next evening and it was good fun, great DJ, open air courtyard, older crowd and good cocktails.

Really spacious room and well kept. Excellent location to explore Chania town on foot and brilliant restaurants nearby for authentic local cuisine. The breakfast arrangements in a nearby cafe was amazing.

No lift in the 2 storey property but the owner was kind enough to help with getting the luggage up. Guests were not informed about the door key code in advance so we’re left waiting at the door until we could contact the owners. The only downside in the room was poor lighting, half of the bulbs in the room didn’t we

This hotel was in a great location tons of stores and restaurants no to far from the main ocean view finding taxis was a breeze. Couldnt have asked for a better stay.

There wasn't really any dislikes, The hotel was pretty much everything I needed for the price. If i would go back I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room, clean and tidy. Good location for exploring Chania.

Very hands off, didn't meet anyone other than the cleaner who was friendly and welcoming. Balcony very narrow, but as it is in the pictures. Chania is busy and noisy at night, the street seems quiet early on but gets going later amd go on until half three in the morning. The sound proofing is mostly good enough though.

Perfect location to explore the old town by foot. Great in the evening as the majority of the restaurants are within a 10 minutes walk range. The room was really spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony to relax on after a day at the beach.

Parking in the area can be tricky!

Great place in an excellent location. Water bottles were provided daily and it's about a 15 minute walk to the local bus station for easy travel. Staff were nice and answered quickly through WhatsApp with any questions we had.

Everything was perfect, it had everything needed and the rooms were big, comfortable and clean. The locations is good, but we couldn’t find a parking near the property, so had to park at the Kiprou street which is a bit far away from the suites.

The location was ideal, staff were really helpful with any queries

We had an issue with the air conditioning but the staff were very helpful and moved us to another room when the issue couldn’t be fixed
