Hoists were helpful with recommendations & organising hire car & transfers. If you are hiring a car have hoists also book parking near by it’s €19 per day but totally work it as Chania doesn’t have much availability in parking or hard to find in the evening. Love the products provided! My hair has never felt so soft. Thank you

Great location for wondering through the Old Town. A short walk to the harbour whilst meandering through the beautiful old streets. Our room had a small private terrace which was a real bonus. The rooms/suites were cleaned every day which was so nice to come back to after a long day walking and exploring Chania. The bed was so comfy. Greg and everyone were so helpful and friendly at reception. Nothing was too much bother. Thank you, we will be back next year.

The location is the best you can get in Chania. Right in the heart of the Old Town it gave us accessibility to everywhere on foot with no problems. The Old Town lanes are just gorgeous, so many restaurants and bars nearby with the Harbour a 5 minute walk away.

Would be nice if water bottles were replenished everyday as a little touch but it is a self-service suite so I understand why not. That’s all I can think of!

We (my boyfriend and I) stayed in J&G Suits for 1 week in July and could not have picked a more perfect hotel. The location was ideal, just minutes walk from the harbour on the most picturesque street. The room was beautifully designed and extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable. We were extremely thankful for the air conditioning which kept our room lovely and cool. The host Greg was very attentive, provided us with lots of useful information and even helped us book a day trip + rent a car. He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Nothing was too big of an ask. In term terms of food, our top 3 restaurants were Pallas (book the balcony seat for sunset), Tholos and Throumbi. We found Fresh Point Juice bar very good for breakfast/brunch.

A stunning and spacious room with really high quality furnishings and immaculately clean. Great finishes including soft fluffy towels and lovely pillows. Perfectly located in the heart of Chania old town with bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. A property with the wow factor. The host Greg was amazing - so friendly and helpful.

From the excellent communication when booking the accommodation to entering the property, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. No request was too big for the lovely owners. They were always on hand if needed, and if you didn't, then you were undisturbed ( other than coming back to a clean tidy room every day). The apartment and building in itself was an exact reflection of what you see in the images when booking 'simple chic', I would describe it as. Also, to note, the bed was like a fluffy cloud. Even once checked out, the owners went beyond accommodating my needs. The location was superb, in the heart of Old Town it was quiet enough; A 5 min walk to the main street and only a 20 min walk to the local beach. Highly recommended <3

We truly enjoyed everything about this place. It was super clean, and everything was very comfortable. The owners were available for any questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Two things. It would have been nice to have an iron and also a clothes drying rack.

The deluxe apartment was beautiful and has a large private roof terrace that gets the sun in the mornings, which was amazing. Location was perfect and there's a lovely place a few doors down for breakfast. We didn't have trouble parking when returning from day trips to beaches and could easily walk into the heart of Chania old town in just a few minutes. Also, the host Greg was incredibly helpful upon arrival, recommending and helping to book activities like wine tasting for us.

Location is perfect in Chania old town within minutes to restaurants, cafes and only 5 minute walk to the old port. Set in a charming old building the rooms were rustic to suit the era but with all necessary amenities.

If you have a lot of heavy luggage can be a challenge getting it up the stairs.

Great room with lots of character and history but also modern touches. Very clean and comfortable and lots of thought into the amenities. Owner was fantastic and very helpful. Views are city views but lots of history. All the walking tours seemed to stop outside our place to talk about it's history and architecture.
