The location is fantastic. But the best part was the staff, the mom and Sophiana were so sweet and incredibly helpful with our group of 18. Sophiana grew up there so she called ahead for reservations for us and even had a car arranged within hours and delivered to the hotel that morning. The air conditioning was excellent as we were there in the middle of a heat wave. The breakfast was phenomenal each day as well! This is a top family run establishment in a great location. Will be staying there again when we return to Chania!

The location is perfect, right in the centre of Chania port and just 1 min walk from road Daliani, which is full of bars, restaurants and small shops. The hotel itself, has an amazing architecture outside and inside. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was also great, with a smaller variety of food but of very good quality. Last but not least, the family that runs the hotel are all very kind, helpful and friendly. One of the best places to stay when in Chania.

All the warmth and hospitality that you feel everywhere inside the hotel has made us fall in love with this place! amazing architecture of the building that was preserved in a very elegant and respectful way creates a cozy atmosphere in the garden where delicious breakfast is served. Rooms are quite small but fit a huge king size bed and everything that you might need like a tea coffee station, luggage rack and sufficient wardrobe.

The shower cabin was a bit small. The bed mattress was a bit too soft for our backs, but I really appreciated the mattress topper that gave a cloud like feel.

Perfect location, clean, calm, cozy hotel.

Sofianna was always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, giving us tips on local beaches to visit (Marathi was our favourite) and local places to eat. Our room was spotlessly clean, breakfast was outstanding and personalised. The soundproofing on the windows was amazing, it blocked out all external noise. We were in the newer building with only 1 room on each floor which made it very private.

Stairs are quite steep with no lift in the newer building, something to be aware of although the older side did have a lift.

An excellent family run hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient central location easy walking in the local streets and to the harbour. Nice breakfast with base theme and daily variations served in a cosy outdoor courtyard. Great choice of local restaurants

Very little. One very minor issue which could improve: Fridge and kettle shared one socket so to use the kettle you have to disconnect the fridge!

The property was so lovely - right in the old town! The room and bed was very comfortable. The staff especially Sofianna was incredible - so helpful right from the start and helped us with anything we needed including booking an excursion to Balos beach. The breakfast was delicious and it felt wonderful having this in the courtyard. We would definitely love to come back!

Excellent location in the old town. The property is down a charming walk-way which is tucked away and protected from the noise of the al fresco dining nearby, yet this is less than 2 minutes away. Lovely family who owns and runs the hotel. Very special freshly made breakfasts and good coffee. Good air-con and wifi. Very glad to have stumbled upon this little gem.

Location was excellent and all the pretty, and picturesque streets, restaurants and bars were around. Staff were very helpful and smiley and when I needed them, their response was immediate.

One small comment / feedback... I arrived very late as my flight was the latest one from Athens and there was no drinkable water in the room. It would have been nice to have either a complimentary bottle of still water or even an option in the fridge to pay. There was a bottle of water on the bedside table which was refilled the next day as well but it wasn't drinkable at all - not sure where this was filled from but the taste was very odd so a bit questionable. Everything else was excellent so this is mainly a comment for the hotel to use constructively :)
