Perfect location in the old town, everything is withing walking distance. The terrace is awesome for watching the sunset and getting some good pix. The room I stayed in was the smallest one, it was basic but has exactly what you need, the staff were so lovely and attentive which was very appreciated 👏

The only thing that I'd change is the electricity going off when you leave the room and take the key. This means if you need to charge your phone or any device , you can't just leave it charging while you go out, you have to be in the room with the key for the electricity to work. Would be great if even just one socket wasn't designed to go off with the rest of them. This was an issue for me a couple of times but not the end of the world.

The staff were helpful and attentive by whatsapp before my arrival and also during my stay. The rooms are what you pay for but I loved having a little balcony and the sun would set facing my room, it was perfect to get away from the busy-ness of the town and have a couple of drinks by yourself or with a friend. Nice and tucked away, easy to find via GPS as taxi driver will leave you on main street to navigate Old Town by foot. The staff gave me a lovely gift and card during my stay wishing me a lovely stay, a beautiful touch and lovely surprise after a joyful day at the beach. I was barely in my room during the day because I was our exploring or at a beach but it was a perfect spot to come back to, to relax and sleep. Beds are a bit stiff for my liking but that's subjective. It's within walking distance to everything you want to do in Old Town assuming you like walking.

I didnt like the stairs as i had a large suitcase, and this is an accessibility issue for anyone who has issues with stairs.

Incredible location within the Old Town walls, steps from great coffee, authentic restaurants and shops but still peaceful. A 2-3 minute picturesque walk through the winding paths and you're in the bustling center of town in the port/marina. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was cozy. For some reason through booking.com I didn't get check-in instructions but when I called the number the woman walked me through it seamlessly. The cleaning lady was also very sweet.

The location was perfect. Tucked away on a side street in the old town but close to everything I needed including beach, harbour and restaurants. Super friendly staff and really easy and safe access to the hotel. Balcony, clean bathroom, AC, water refills. Everything you need for a stay in Chania

My only criticism was a bit of noise. Nothing too bad but I think I was probably in the noisiest room, next to reception and in front of the stairs (room 101) was disturbed once by people bumping their suitcases down the stairs at early hours and a couple other things but as long as you bring ear plugs (I use them at home anyway) then it was fine and not enough to put me off staying in the future.

Room was beautiful and the location was 5/5. Everything works. And I’d give bonus points for makeup mirror with a light, rain shower, full body mirror, such a comfortable sheets and bed, shelves for your baggages etc, and the AC was unnotiseable (even when it was on all the time we didn’t get a sore throat😂) There was also a water machine outside of the room which was very nice:)

If we need to say something. There wasn’t blackout curtains so the morning light made the room very light. But ofc it made us just wake up earlier which is a good thing😂

Great location in Chanias Old Town. You are literally next to so many restaurants and shops. The ladies that work there are so kind and accommodating. I loved the option of choosing if you want house keeping daily or not. Having fresh towels every morning was lovely. Right out side the balcony is a nice little view of a lemon tree. My stay here has been very pleasing and definitely benefited my trip.

The location was amazing, the staff was super friendly. Check-in and key access was super easy. Something I really appreciated was that the room was cleaned daily, which I think is a necessity for beach holidays :)

The size of room and restroom was very small, the pictures & the description were correct. Just my preference would be to have something bigger. Also such central location, makes it quite difficult to find a parking space.

What can you say about the place other than Awesome. The lady who welcomed us was fantastic. Messaged us to see if we were settled and did we need any additional or further service, she was wonderful. We had a friends Birthday while away, so they on requested added treats to the room. It made it really special. They even wished her Happy Birthday in person in the big day. Amazing people and service.

Everything was soo great, from location to the stuff. Location is in the centre of old town and everything is on 2 to 3 minutes walk. Apartment was very very clean, our room was cleaned every day. Room service and girl who worked on reception were very pleasant. Our host was very helpful. In general our stay was excellent. All recommendations and we hope we will be back one more time!

Room was great! Even better than the photos!! Location is in the heart of the old town. You can walk everywhere and there are great cafes, restaurants and bars around. The hosts were very helpful staying always in touch in case we needed anything and they gave us great recommendations for places to visit.
