We stayed at Nikolas rooms at the end of May. There are not many places that I would return to, but we will definitely be back. The hotel is in a great location, providing access in to the old town and the beach only 10 minutes on foot. The facilities are excellent and well maintained. From the roof garden with it's fantastic views, through to the rooms. Thank you Nikolas for an outstanding experience and we will see you next year.

Great location in terms of exploring chania and close to the bus station. Comfy beds. We checked in late and staff were on hand over the phone to assist.

Whilst location good for exploring it was very loud!! Right on a busy street which had loud music and general noise until about midnight so was difficult to sleep. Couldn’t seem to get hot water either (although not major issue in summer)

My husband and I are so satisfied that we stayed here and will return. Nikolas at the reception was kind, helpful, and made our honeymoon so special. This hotel has fantastic amenities and is in a great location. We felt relaxed and well taken care of during our stay. Thank you so much to Nikolas!

The best customer service, cleaners did an excellent job every time and the place in itself was modern but still with a greek feel to it! Fell in love with the bathroom tiles, everything was beautiful and ac was amazing, chilled the room in minutes! Fridge was just the right size and cooled drinks supricingly fast! Will definetly visit again! the view from roof top terrace was also amazing

I have no comments regarding the room, small but cosy place, everything was good. However, I’d like to add few words regarding the area. Location is very central - it’s the plus and the minus. I’m early sleeper (need to sleep before 11) but everything was so noisy - restaurants, people, kids shouting... Only after 1am street became quieter. But in case you sleep late and enjoy the night, you’ll for sure like the area.

Lovely room, great location close to harbour and buses

This is no fault of the property owner, but this location may be a bit too noisy late at night for some. People can be heard leaving the harbour area up to 4am

We were in Crete for 10 days from the 15th june. The location was perfect. We were in the heart of Chania old town overlooking a beautiful square. The room was spacious with a hot shower and a comfortable double bed. Nikolas couldn't do enough for us and everything he recommended to do, we did and wasn't disappointed. We will be back for sure. Nicolas rooms is very well situated, in the heart if the old city, next to the port.. The ambiance is very nice.. Nicolas is very gentle, he is helpfull, he gave us some advices, he also proposed us a bigger room as we had too much luggage with us, and at the end of our visit he gave us a gift souvenir.. thank you very much.. keep on .. I recommand Nicolas Rooms ..

Great location. The owner is a very nice and helpful guy.

It is next to the church. So the bells will wake you up on Sunday at 8 am whether you like it or not. It’s not the rooms’ fault.
