The location of the hotel is excellent right in the heart of Chania and on one of the best streets. There are excellent restaurants just outside the door and half a block to the harbor and dozens of restaurants and bars to choose from. The hotel has a small bar that is a nice spot to have a drink and people watch. The room was huge and wonderful.

There are no cars allowed near the hotel, so parking and getting luggage to the hotel is not trivial. I got reserved parking via the hotel at the Zeus Parking lot and it is only have 7 minute walk to hotel and everything worked out excellently. The walkway in front of hotel is busy and there a couple bars open late that can cause noise. Our room was right in front so we could hear the revelry and it did not bother us, but it could bother others.

Location is fantastic and only a very short walk to the port. The room was comfy with high ceilings and complimentary drinks. They had a gift store attached to the hotel but was partially closed due to the season however we still purchased things there with the host. The restaurant attached to the hotel was not open as well due to the season (seemed to be remodeling).

The shower did not drain well and showers were very short so we didn't overflow the drain. Bathroom was small for 4 people but still doable. It would've been great if everything was open but we understood that visiting during the winter season, many things would be closed.

Beautiful family room, very spacious with a mezzanine, excellent quality in all respects, located in the historic town centre and close to the waterfront.

The bathroom is on the small side for a family room, but it was fine for a short stay. The hotel entrance is through the cafe, but our room was very quiet (we stayed off-season). Although there is no reception desk, the staff at the cafe and via WhatsApp were very helpful, explaining to us where to park, etc, and everything was smooth from start to finish.

Lovely room, brilliant location right on one of the main streets in old town. Chania is very busy in August so will probably avoid in future however this quaint place was nice inside despite it being hectic all around. Staff lovely. Bar nice.

Bit noisy as expected. Could hear the music from underneath bar until early hours which was expected and didn’t bother me but … cleaner and other staff very noisy from 6.30am was a bit annoying as were other guests yelling in corridors at all hours on their way too and from rooms - of course this was not the fault of the hotel but if you do choose to stay then consider others :).

Our room was simply wonderful. Spacious and stylish, with a huge bed. The location was also perfect, in a picturesque street in front of the harbour. The complimentary arak in the bedroom was a great touch, and we loved our stay!

Our bed was huge but the bedsheet was not quite as big, so during the night and as we moved, it kind of came off. As a result, we then slept directly on the mattress topper, which was a bit uncomfortable and made us sweat a lot.

Good value, characterful and large room, with small kitchenette. Excellent central location.

To say that the hotel has private parking - asi it does on the Booking.com site -- is not true: parking is a paying parking lot (EUR 15 per 24 hours) a 5-10 minute walk away which is quite hard if you have heavy bags. Room was on the groundfloor so you have to choose between privacy and light. Some street noise and sound of dog barking but quiet in the morning.

Hotel is in a beautiful street in the venetian quarter of Chania . Room was large and well equipped. Many great restaurants in walking distance and even right on your doorstep. Hotel was clean and checking amd checkout were very smooth. Room is well insulated so even though you are on a bustling street , you can still get a good night's sleep . Definitely recommended .

Beautiful hotel, located near the port in an old Venetian townhouse style building. Very quiet in spite of being so centrally located. The room was very large, the price very reasonable. We did not see many staff (nor did we need to) but those we did meet were all friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the historic center of Chania

The location is brilliant. Right in the heart of the old town and a few steps from the limani. Despite the lively location though, the room was quiet (as long as windows were shut) and felt very private. The room itself is lovely, really comfortable beds, nice bathroom and having the double bed up on the mezzanine level really made it feel like an open, airy appartement. Air con worked perfectly and the fridge was very useful. Add in a comfortable sofa and a dressing table and really, you couldn’t ask for anything more. Although we were only two, the room would easily handle two adults and two kids, with the kids in the single beds on the lower/main level. The staff were really friendly and efficient and although we didn’t actually eat or drink at the attached bar, it was always quite busy and looked lovely.

Once we realised that closed windows and air con completely shut out any noise from the street, there was nothing we didn’t like.

Beautiful spacious room that felt like you were in a cave. Beautifully decorated making you feel at home. Very tidy with everything you can ask for. Easy access from Chania entry point and they even organise parking for a small fee which is 1 2 minute walk away. There is a local beach 1 kilometer away which you can easily walk to.
