Location is fantastic and only a very short walk to the port. The room was comfy with high ceilings and complimentary drinks. They had a gift store attached to the hotel but was partially closed due to the season however we still purchased things there with the host. The restaurant attached to the hotel was not open as well due to the season (seemed to be remodeling).

The shower did not drain well and showers were very short so we didn't overflow the drain. Bathroom was small for 4 people but still doable. It would've been great if everything was open but we understood that visiting during the winter season, many things would be closed.

Lovely room, brilliant location right on one of the main streets in old town. Chania is very busy in August so will probably avoid in future however this quaint place was nice inside despite it being hectic all around. Staff lovely. Bar nice.

Bit noisy as expected. Could hear the music from underneath bar until early hours which was expected and didn’t bother me but … cleaner and other staff very noisy from 6.30am was a bit annoying as were other guests yelling in corridors at all hours on their way too and from rooms - of course this was not the fault of the hotel but if you do choose to stay then consider others :).

Our room was simply wonderful. Spacious and stylish, with a huge bed. The location was also perfect, in a picturesque street in front of the harbour. The complimentary arak in the bedroom was a great touch, and we loved our stay!

Our bed was huge but the bedsheet was not quite as big, so during the night and as we moved, it kind of came off. As a result, we then slept directly on the mattress topper, which was a bit uncomfortable and made us sweat a lot.

The location is brilliant. Right in the heart of the old town and a few steps from the limani. Despite the lively location though, the room was quiet (as long as windows were shut) and felt very private. The room itself is lovely, really comfortable beds, nice bathroom and having the double bed up on the mezzanine level really made it feel like an open, airy appartement. Air con worked perfectly and the fridge was very useful. Add in a comfortable sofa and a dressing table and really, you couldn’t ask for anything more. Although we were only two, the room would easily handle two adults and two kids, with the kids in the single beds on the lower/main level. The staff were really friendly and efficient and although we didn’t actually eat or drink at the attached bar, it was always quite busy and looked lovely.

Once we realised that closed windows and air con completely shut out any noise from the street, there was nothing we didn’t like.

Spacious rooms, visibly clean, beautifully decorated exactly like the pictures on here! impressed by the atmosphere, cosy-traditional-romantic. Room even had a tiny kitchen with an espresso machine. Cold water in the fridge, tea was available as well. Fresh towels and necessary bathroom commodities available. Nice shower too. Perfect location for vacation. Staff was helpful and we had a lovely stay. Definitely value for money (90€/night).

Had no complaints or issues with anything regarding our stay. Ground floor rooms are a bit noisy due to being directly on the traditional alleys behind the harbour. You could hear the loud music from the bars, so no windows at night (AC worked great!) but it's lively and it didn't really bother! Breakfast that was included in the rooms price didn't have much variety (eggs, omelet or sunny side up, yogurt with granola, bread and butter, coffee and juice) but we still liked it plenty. The hotels/café breakfast menu had more options.

The room was very nicely done, clean, comfortable and quiet, even though it was right in the middle of the old town. Great to retreat to after a day exploring. The small bar outside was great for people watching and for a nightcap. All in all, excellent.

The location was perfect - 2 minute walk from the Port. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. The property has a bar downstairs and in the evenings, we brought up drinks to the roof garden, where we could sit and watch the sun go down and the hustle and bustle on the street below. In the mornings, we had our coffee up there also and enjoyed the early morning sun.

The hotel is located in the old town in close proximity to the harbour with its numerous restaurants, shops, trip boats, etc. Sitting outside the hotel in the atmospheric narrow thoroughfare supping and eating, and simply enjoying the wonderful spectacle, assisted by the attentive hotel staff, was a great start to our vacation.

Nothing as far as the hotel itself is concerned, but the location prevents taxi service to the hotel entrance which means a five minute walk from a drop off at certain times of the day..

The hotel was stunning, and our duplex room was decorated in a traditional style, the beds were amazingly comfortable and the shower facilities were amazing. This was our final stop on a 12-day holiday, and by far, it was the best! The staff were fabulous! And the service they provided was second to none! I will definitely be staying here next year! Thanks to everyone at Boutique Hotel Del Doge for an amazing stay.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

Easy to find down the main street ... very convenient being "right in the middle of it" and close to the water. Were able to check in quickly and the room met expectations.

It was just one night and arriving from long flight. Was a fine place to crash and if we were staying longer, think it would have been the right place/location, so can't really complain for what we needed the place for.
