Very interesting, beautiful, nice and fancy old building. Beautiful interior and decorations. Amazing breakfast (à la carte). Perfect location, in the heart of the old town.

When we arrived, it was my birthday. They didn't recognise it at all, only said congratulations. The air conditioning in the room was very weak. Cleaners started to clean all the public areas with a shower very early in the morning, and it caused a lot of noise. There is no elevator in the building, so you have to carry all your luggage upstairs.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. It’s located on a little side street , but right in the beautiful old Venetian harbour. The staff are super helpful and friendly, the à la carte breakfast is entirely satisfying (it actually makes the normal buffet brekkie seem ridiculous…). The entire building is an aesthetic delight, tastefully renovated, it’s impeccably clean and the rooms are extremely pleasant, you almost want to just stay in the room… This is an absolute gem of a small boutique hotel - warmly recommended.

The only sad thing is we couldn’t stay longer… 😎

An outstanding boutique hotel right in heart of Chania. As Chania can be quite busy and hot it was awesome to walk through the doors at the end of the day to a quiet oasis. The staff were lovely and full of helpful information. They booked our transfers for us and checked everyday to ensure we were happy with our vacation. The room was great, quiet, clean, and comfortable. We could not have asked for any more than Serenissima delivered. Truly outstanding.

This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet street in the old town, but also near the Venetian port. Our room was beautiful, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom was stylish and functional. The a la carte breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were delightful and helpful, particularly Carolina. There’s nothing we can fault about our stay!

I would give this hotel a ten out of ten! I booked this hotel a year before our trip and when I saw the pictures online I was blown away! It is even better in person than it is online! I couldn't stop taking pictures of the place! It is extraordinary! The staff is exceptional as well! When we arrived, the concierge had walked to meet us at the drop off location, to ensure that we could find our way back to the hotel! What hotels do this? When we were leaving, the female concierge again walked with us, to show us where to meet our driver! (the streets are very narrow in the Chania and cars/taxis cannot fit down every street). Chania itself is an extremely beautiful old city with loads of charm! There are only seven rooms in this hotel and it has been lovingly restored to the highest of standards! The rooms are palatial with vaulted ceilings and they are exceptionally clean! The breakfast was a full breakfast, with a menu etc. and it was free! The location is perfect as it's right in the heart of the city. So all in all, there's a reason it's rated #1 on Trip Advisor for hotels in Chania. It was one of the prettiest hotels I have ever stayed in!

Would not change a thing! Every one of the people that work there are exceptional and the hotel is gorgeous!

The free breakfast was some of the best tasting food all trip. There was something so comfortable about walking through the front doors ooff the streets of Chania.

The room we were in wasn't the best of views, but not the biggest of deals.

Caroline at the front desk was amazing, she took the time to help us with lots of great advice on several occasions, and her smiling face was always fantastic when we arrived back at our fabulous oasis. Lovely feel, tasteful, simple, very comfortable accommodation, warm & personable staff, excellent breakfast, we slept well, location soooo central in old town. Big room (superior suite) was perfect for us.

A shame their restaurant no longer operating apart from the excellent breakfasts. Also would’ve been good to have had more leisure areas suitable for, for example, settling down to get your nose into a good book.

A beautiful little hotel in a perfect position in the old town. We had an apartment with French doors opening to a wonderful sea view. The staff were exceptional, breakfast was an excellent buffet, and we loved everything about our stay. Would definitely book again.

Location was near the water and all the shopping, on a narrow alley. The staff was gracious and helpful with dinner suggestions and our room was very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer. Be prepared to park a short walk away. Breakfast was elegant.
