I recently booked two rooms at this hotel — a standard room for myself and my husband, and a sea view room for my parents. Our room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My parents absolutely loved their room, especially the stunning sea view and the terrace. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The location is also perfect, close to everything, making it easy to explore the area on foot. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

There weren’t enough beach towels available for guests. We were a group of four but were only provided with one towel.

We walked to a partner hotel for an excellent breakfast. Our room was clean, warm , and with an excellent view. All the staff were lovely.

Unfortunately the weather was very cold and constant rain. We were in a rooftop room. Only accessible by climbing 3 floors of stairs, ( no lift) then exiting to the cold outside roof, to find our room. Our room was lovely and cosy with a great view. It would be lovely in a different season. The stairs would not be suitable for elderly or physically challenged people.

Perfect location with amazing view of the port and backstreets of Chania with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful.

In the room there is a small window where sun comes in very early in the morning. Would suggest to change curtains to block the sun as the light woke us up. Also we could hear footsteps and the chat of other guests from the room above. Seems the bedroom was not soundproof.

Glad we booked a taxi from Chania airport to the hotel through the hotel as the night porter met the taxi and walked us to the hotel. We are so grateful for this as we wouldn’t have found it so quick and with a lot of luggage. He then took us to our room and the hotel up the alleyway where breakfast is served and explained everything, excellent service and very friendly. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful. View from room and balcony was amazing, right on the harbour. Sound proofing is good too with very little noise coming through at night. Comfy bed and good air conditioning. Beach towels available from reception with nearest beach at Nea Chora 20 min walk away. Breakfast is served up the alleyway in a sister hotel, not far. Self serving with most things you want fruit, cereals, nuts, yoghurt, honey, toast, cheese, ham, fried eggs, bacon, sausage, various sweet and savoury pastries, Greek specialities ( the stuffed mushrooms were very tasty).

Room 7, the wooden shutters do not cover the top of the balcony window and doors therefore letting in the light from sunrise. For those less mobile or unsteady on your feet, there’s no lift and no handrail on the curved stairs for the upper floors.

Great location with a fabulous view of the Venetian harbour. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Be sure to close the wooden shutters if you don’t want to be woken very early.

There was noise from the nearby tavernas and bars until very late. It’s expected given the location of the hotel.

I stayed at room # 7, this is to remember in order to book the same next time. the view from this room was absolutely perfect directly to the sea. Location is in the mid of Chania Harbor excellent location. Room size and furnishing was perfect as well, and looks very new. moreover, they have an excellent staff members, very kind, helpful with warm caring , thanks for them.

The breakfast was amazing. It’s not actually in the hotel, it’s about 50m away in another hotel part of the chain. Its selection of hot, hot, sweet, fruit, and traditional goods is super. Coffee and fresh juice and the ladies who prepare everything are so sweet.

Location was ideal a spectacular view of the old town Chania. Very much enjoyed the vibe a little noisy in the later part of the evening was manageable as chitters + windows kept the echo down.

The view of the Venetian Harbor and location was fabulous and we enjoyed walking the along the harbor and out to the lighthouse. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome and appreciated. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfast buffet had a very large selection with many protein options. The rooftop was a great place to relax and watch the sunset.

We were disappointed that during the winter breakfast was served in another building, not as pictured on the website. The wide selection and wonderful host offset the disappointment. The bathroom fan has a motion sensor and was a bit annoying as it would turn on and off while in the bathroom.

Amazing views from a beautiful room. Our room had a fabulous terrace beside it which we had to ourselves when we stayed. Staff were very friendly and our room was available earlier than check in. Room and bathroom were very clean. Shower wasn’t great but worked fine and had hot water.

Although the room and view are beautiful the price was much higher than other locations in the area and there wasn’t anything additional provided to warrant this.
