The room is large and bright, well designed and with a fabulous view. Super clean and comfortable. The location is so central that we expected it to be noisy but the excellent double glazing keeps it quiet. We checked in early with the sister hotel Domus Renier, who kept our bags until the room was ready and again when we checked out, also booking us our airport taxi and providing someone to take our luggage to the square 5 minutes away for the taxi, which was a bonus. Only stayed one night but would have enjoyed staying for longer, maybe next time.

The stairs up to the room are long and steep, a bit awkward with large cases, but to be expected in a historic building.

I can’t even begin to describe how wholesome and special this place is. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Venetian Harbor in Chania Old Town. You’re surrounded by charming restaurants, lively bars, and picturesque views, yet the room was incredibly well soundproofed. Once we closed the balcony doors, it was peaceful and quiet despite being in the busiest area. The space was spotless and beautifully renovated with a chic, modern design that still preserved the charm of the old town. Every detail felt thoughtfully done. Communication with the host was seamless and professional. We’ve traveled extensively around the world, and this is genuinely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing!

I was in the "White Room, which was lovely, with a view that couldn't be any better, and a porch from which to enjoy it. Big windows, thoughtful decor, and right on the waterfront. You can park just outside (west of) the walls of the old city and walk to the place in 5ish minutes. In winter, the waterfront is pretty quiet, but the old town is lively, and beyond it, there's the modern Greek city. Lots to see all around, and the new Archaeological Museum is worth the trip to the eastern suburbs.

Sorry, maybe small things, but important esp. for a solo female traveler: I was told to message my ETA a few hours ahead for check-in instructions, but my messages went unnoticed, so I arrived in the evening with no idea of what to do. In fact, one just goes to a nearby hotel, but I had to call to find out. In winter, the restaurant below the Domus is closed, and the entrance is in deep darkness at night. A light by the door would help people find it and use their keys.

The location and the view were superb. The staff were so nice and there was a small inconvenience of changing the TV (which we did not use) so they treated us to brunch in the restaurant below)

the air conditioning was not working properly so it was very warm (this is the only reason I awarded 8 and not 10 stars). Also it needs to be clearer that this property is not located at the hotel but above the Thalos restaurant, we found it difficult to find the unit.

I had the Industrial suite, 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 spacious bathrooms. A magnificent panoramic view over the venetian harbor. You can't beat this location and view. A nice terrace to sit and relax with the best view over the harbor and old town. The room looks great, well designed, and new. Super clean and has cleaning services once a day. Very comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and a very comfortable mattress. Spacious room. Good sized bathroom. The room is very quiet when you close the windows and you can't hear the streets. Actually it's not noisy at all and quite quiet even when everything is open, so you don't need to worry about being in the heart of the city. The pictures of the room on Booking accurately reflects the reality.

The 2 armchairs are not that comfortable. There are no closets in the rooms, only a shelf.

Beautiful sea view room right on the harbor. Lots of restaurants and nightlife and a beautiful view. The room was clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. Small things like a seseme treat on the bed are details that are not overlooked. The host was very responsive and helped me plan where to go while I was there. I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were clean with uniquely cool design. Location was great! I’d prefer to have someone greet us physically instead of via texts only to avoid confusion. One down side to the apartment was there wasn’t enough hot water for our family to shower. After 2 people, we had to wait for a long time for the water to be hot again.

The rooms were gigantic and really cool looking. The beds were really comfortable. You could look out right to the harbour.

Just me, but I actually didn’t enjoy being front and center to all the tourist nasty action at the inner harbour, and that was in April, can’t imagine what it’s like when tourist season is in full swing. Would have preferred to stay back behind from that area.

The property is exactly what you see. Comfortable, cosy and with excellent AC. Great sea views and it's the best location to be at. Ample restaurants and bars just steps away from the location. Excellent room service as well.

The steep staircase of 20 steps which is a challenge to carry bags and to get in & out of the apartment.

It is excellent. Excellent location, great staff. The room was refurbished and new, clean and comfortable. Excellent views and located right by the water with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around.

Parking was an issue.
