Our room was very big and had everything that we needed in it- fridge, glasses, kettle, soap etc. The only thing that was missing was a safe. The location was amazing- right on seafront with bars and restaurants literally seconds away. The balcony was a lovely addition. The staff were very kind letting us leave our luggage after checkout until we left for the airport too.

The location is excellent the staff are incredible very friendly and accommodating and the cleaning staff keep the rooms spotless.

First of all, the hotel's location was fantastic. We spent four nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was a little nervous about the negative reviews when booking, but I can confidently say they were all unfounded. We stayed in a sea-facing room, and the view was fantastic. Since the road is a touristy street, there was some noise in the evenings and mornings, but you can close your door and turn on the air conditioner, and the noise barely reaches the inside. When you're in such a central location, you have to consider the noise level :) Our room was cleaned and tidied every day. It's not a brand new hotel, but everything was very clean; the closets, the bathroom, and the room overall were well above our expectations. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it.

I loved the location and the exceptional view from the balcony. The room and the view are exactly as in the hotel photos.

Even though the room was small, the location of this hotel: right on the Venetian Harbour - makes up for it. The balcony offered stunning views and gave us the opportunity to take in the atmosphere of those strolling around the harbour. Behind the hotel are some very pretty alleys and cobbled streets which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. We were within walking distance of multiple restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the atmosphere and fun of 'The Van Bar' - a bar 5 mins walk away. The room provided Tea and coffee making facilities and the bed was comfortable.

The room was spacious and very clean, they cleaned daily. It was also very comfortable and had the amenities needed. The best thing about the room was the view to the harbour from the balcony, it was beautiful. It’s in a great location right in the old town with plenty of restaurants and bars around. Despite being on the harbour the balcony doors blocked out the noise from outside

You could hear a lot of noise from inside the hotel, the doors were really loud so you could hear everyone coming and going.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. They made a special effort to get us a balcony room that we liked. The hotel was old but pleasant. It was especially nice for us older folks that they had an elevator. The location was perfect for our trip. We loved the balcony. When the shutters were closed we weren't bothered at all by noise from the street and restaurants below.

It was exactly what we wanted. The bathtub was small but we didn't care. It might have been helpful it there were more electrical outlets in the room
