There should be more hangers in case you want to wash and dry clothes There is no real door between the bathroom/restrooms and the bedroom, so it can be annoying during the night (light, noise from the exhaust fan) We didn't ask, but they should provide 2 cards. You need a card to enter the building and to enter the room. So if your partner comes at a different time, you have to go down to open the door No balcony or windows (or a very small one). Don't trust the pictures!

Great location, very close to the old port and just in the ancient town. Easy to go around and explore the beautiful place.

The view of room with ocean view is limited. No elevator. Bed mattress needs to be changed.

We stayed here for only two nights, the room was modern with high ceilings, very spacious. The room that we stayed in, was called Isabella and this overlooked the Old Venetian Port of Chania and the views were beautiful. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of the old town. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would also recommend going to the sister hotel El Greco, which has a roof top cocktail bar with fantastic views and you get 10% off your first visit. Although we didn’t get to experience the food or drinks here but the views were amazing and very friendly staff.

The hotel and location itself was amazing. However, the access and the route to the hotel was a pain and trouble to get to with heavy luggage due to the amount of steps, the incline and decline of the foot ways. This is issue has nothing to do with the hotel this is an issue within the Old Town itself. There is parking however it is very limited and scarce and there is no parking within the boundaries of The Old Town.

This was such a lovely hotel! If you book, you must get a sea-view room. The light and water and the windows that open out are unbelievably beautiful. The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious. There is a desk as well as a big chair and couch, so I could easily work, read, and write. It would be a lovely place for a couple to stay too. Reception is at another hotel but that was no big deal.

There is no elevator/lift, which was absolutely fine for me, but definitely not good for those who are differently abled or anyone with a lot of luggage.

We got a room with one small window in the top of the room so no views or daylight really, like been in a box, had to walk to another hotel for breakfast but the breakfast was really good, fridge in room was very noisy at night

I loved it. It was a sweet space in a beautiful location. I loved how close it was to the harbor. My room was sweet and had everything that I needed. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

It would be great to have an elevator for luggage. I had a lot of luggage and it was a lot to carry up all of those stairs. Even with that said, I would still come back again. I had a lovely stay in Old Town Chania.

We liked the location

We don’t like that when we arrived the room didn’t have a WINDOW nothing for a fresh air or a view outside we couldn’t believe it - so I didn’t know when they stayed “ Internal “ it means no window or outside view :( Other hotels in the area has D nice outdoor space with table and two chairs or more so you can sit outside your hotel They didn’t have so we had to go to a nearby hotel to use theirs.

I stayed 6 nights here and could have easily stayed longer. Just steps to the harbour, with its abundance of restaurants, cafes, and bars, this place was a haven. Cleaning staff did a great job daily. I’ll stay here again next time I’m around, no hesitation.

the room was a bit noisy not from noise coming from the outside, but from noise of within the hotel itself, other guests slamming their doors, or the alarm that goes on every time you leave a door open for more than a few seconds… also some light coming in very early morning
