Very clean and comfortable place to land, right in the centre of Chania. Location is great, nearby everything but not too busy. Nothing to add about the warm welcome and flexibility of the hosts. I appreciated the room being ready when I arrived before regular check-in time. The taxi they arranged for me upon departure is worth mentioning too.

Unfortunately for me, breakfast was not included in my booking, since my stay was just before the 'opening of the season' at the affiliated restaurant from May onwards. Plenty of options in the area though.

Excellent location in old town. Peaceful room with the most comfortable bed and modern interior. Lot of attention put on every detail, such as quality bedlinnen, towels and sound proofing. Every detail is quality and designed with good taste. Service is polite and personal which makes you feel at home. Breakfast is delicious and made with fresh ingredient. Hotel is situated on one of the nicest streets in the old town and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby.

Very cosy rooms with thoughtful details. Judith was an incredible and beautiful host. Loved the hearty and homely breakfast we received every morning as well. Location was second to none - just a few steps away from shops but yet peaceful and quiet. The little balcony overlooking the small street simply completed our Chania experience.

The room was a little small and washroom sink a little out of place, but what lacked in size was made up for by service, atmosphere and tastefully decorated rooms. Wouldn’t complain at all.

The location of the hotel is in a nice street in the heart of Chania town near the old harbor. Our room had a balcony where we enjoyed sitting at night. Its walking distance from all the restaurants and cafes in the harbor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very yummy breakfast and coffee. Try the Omlet eggs and the bread with butter and Jam!

Out room was a but small. Also, recommend providing a small bag for the beach towels to carry and a cart to help with the luggage as the parking os far from hotel for luggage carrying.

This renovated hotel was just beautiful, decorated in a simple yet elegant modern style. The bathroom was large with all amenities in good working order. Bathroom supplies, coffee, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, safe, fridge, coffee, tv, small rooftop patio and a beach towel were all included as well as a fresh and delicious, Greek-style breakfast. On a day that I went on a bus tour and had to leave early, I was able to receive a packed breakfast of focaccia with vegetables and fresh fruit the evening before. The location was superb, being in the Old Town and was close to the water, beach, shops, restaurants as well as walking and boat tours. Meeting bus excursion out of town was easy and just a short distance from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location in the old town, within easy walking distance to everything, including the beach. The street is quiet, yet lined with charming restaurants, cafés and shops. The facilities were excellent, and Judy was an incredibly friendly and accommodating host who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was delicious, could maybe have opened a bit earlier than 8:30 to suit early tour schedules. Overall, highly recommended, we would definitely return.

No questions asked, a 10/10 stay! A beautifully appointed room with a cloud-like bed, luxurious touches, a balcony looking down on the most idyllic street, prime location, panoramic views from the rooftop, and great AC all made this a perfect stay. The room was quite spacious compared to other hotels in the old town. In addition to a king sized bed, we had a seating area and small balcony. It is on a relatively peaceful (less touristy feeling) street with plenty of shops, restaurants and cocktail bars all steps away. It is only a couple blocks away from the harbor, which makes a nice morning or evening stroll. The restaurant where you have the included breakfast is fabulous (it’s just across the street). Breakfast was absolutely delicious and they offer a discount for dinner for hotel guests too. We had one of our best meals of the trip there for dinner. The staff is all very friendly too!

The ONLY downside was finding parking near by. Vehicles are not permitted in the old town and relatively speaking this hotel is in the best location within the old town since it is closest to the nearest parking available, but the problem was the parking lots nearby (while free) were pretty packed. We were not able to find a spot there our first night (we were arriving around dinner time) so we had to park about 1/2 of a mile away in a parallel spot and walk with our suitcases. The next evening we returned in the early evening and had no problem getting a spot. This is absolutely no fault of the hotel since it is just a limitation of the area, but important to keep in mind if anyone in your party has mobility issues.

A wonderful boutique hotel located on one of the most picturesque streets in Old Town Chania. This newly opened hotel features seven rooms. We stayed in a double room with a small balcony overlooking the street, perfect for enjoying drinks and people-watching. Although the room was not very spacious, the large, comfortable bed made up for it. There was a minibar stocked with two bottles of water upon our arrival. The bathroom, though compact, had a very nice rain shower. The room and the hotel overall are beautifully designed, combining modern style with contemporary touches. À la carte breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant owned by the same proprietor, and both the food and service were exceptional. While the hotel does not have a reception, responses to questions via WhatsApp were very attentive.

Some noise could be heard from the hall way.

Pro: the location is perfect, the staff is really helpful and friendly. You feel welcomed and taken care of. The building is very nice and well maintained. Breakfast is very good. But the breakfast bar closes on Sunday and the replacement bar is not on the same level.

Honestly not many negative things to write. Except the size of the single room is extremely small. I understand these are all buildings but for a stay of more than 2 days it was a bit uncomfortable. The shower and bed are amazing though and it was quite silent..

So well located, loved the balcony over the street. The room is beautiful, if our deluxe room a little small. Breakfasts were fabulous and we dined in the associated Kalderimi restaurant two nights of our four here. Again excellent. Thank you Judy for looking after us so well and to all the restaurant staff, and the wonderful cleaning lady - honestly you should have let me carry that suitcase downstairs!! But thank you.

It’s just great. I’ve said our room was a little small but very well appointed ( bigger options, bigger prices existed, but not on our dates).
