In the heart of a bustling little street, the room was compact with a great balcony to just people watch. The amenities were all we needed, including air conditioning, fridge & kettle. Great location. Bars, restaurants, shops and the sea, all within easy walking distance. Cleaning was frequent with clean towels. Communication from the hosts was excellent and any questions were answered quickly. Luggage storage was also available which is always a huge plus point when flights are earlier or later than the check in/out hours.

From a personal point of view, we always like to have a safety deposit box of some sort but this was unavailable. This however, is only a very minor point.

Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour, and easily accessible to the labyrinthine streets of the old town. Quiet and well equipped. Good communication from hosts re access and keys. Having arrived in Chania early, we were accommodated with early access without a problem. Lovely balcony looking down Theotokopoulos Street to the harbour. Great for people watching. There is excellent air-conditioning, which is ideal for cooling off. However, at night, we didn't bother with the aircon and just left open the doors to the balcony. Wardrobe, fridge, bed, and bathroom were great. We didn't actually meet anyone at the property, neither staff nor any other visitors, but that was OK.

Great location, charming room with great roof terrace and modern shower room off it. Really helpful management, immediate replies to text messages as all interactions done remotely. Really clean with strong a/c. All in all, a lovely place to stay in old town Chania.

To be honest just a few minor issues. Access via steep ladder stairs would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Lock on door to roof terrace needs fixing as had character.

The location itself is absolutely wonderful. Right in the heart of the old town, gorgeous little street with a view of the sea and the Talos Square, right next to the Venetian Walls. We really loved it here! As a young couple that spend little time in the hotel and mostly wanted to enjoy the island, this was the perfect accomodation: the room was lovely and very well equipped (fridge, TV, coffee maker, boilermaker AC, fresh towels every other day), the balcony was perfect for a nice breakfast and the entire place was clean. The host was an absolute sweetheart and she made sure we had an amazing stay.

During the summer, the whole of Chania has a little bit of a bug problem, so beware when traveling during this time. It is not a concern regarding this particular property, but rather a city-wide issue. Just beware of it and acknowledge the fact that you might see some bugs along the way.

Beds were comfortable and we were able to check in earlier. There is parking at the end of the street towards the water however it can be hectic. Very central location in the old town.

The stairs! I wasn't aware we would be on the third floor. If you have large luggage or children or mobility issues then consider that the stairs are steep from the entrance and up to your room.. The bathroom was also too small.

Excellent location in the old city, close to parking lot. The balcony was a great spot to sit in the afternoon. The room was very tidy and clean, daily cleaning service. The host was very helpful and she gave us suggestions for beaches and areas to visit in the greater Chania region. Easy and fast check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

Good location. the room was cleaned everyday and the towels were changed daily by clean ones.

The room was in the third floor and the stairs were really small so was uncomfortable to get there, specially if you are with old people. The bathroom was little hard to manage because it has low water flow.

Top location, in the heart of the old town. At a romantic street that is quiet at night! Walkable distance to a public parking if you're renting. Communication with the hotel was amazing! They were always available and quick to answer! The room was spacious and beautiful, cleaned every day! We had a private balcony which was amazing. We loved it! Eating Gelato from a wonderful place downstairs and enjoying the view from the room was just so nice!

This place is amazing, a true secret escape. It is more than I expected. There are three Rooms in this accommodation, I had the one in the third floor. The room has two bed side by side, very cozy and very clean. The room is very modern but has also the tradition charm of the Old Harbour, where the accommodation is located. You open the door and the sun flooded room looks cozy and clean and white. It's just beautifuly decorated. You'll feel very comfortable. There is another door that leads to a small rooftop with a table and two chairs. It's also very clean and good in shape. There is no special view from the rooftop but it still looks very nice. From the rooftop you get into a small bathroom that has everything it needs. The shower is clean, everything was fine! There is coffee and tea with everything you need in the second floor free to use. The room gets cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The owner is very nice. Gave me his number in case i need anything. The arrival was easy, as I could pick up the key from the clothing store right next to the accommodation. The location could not be more perfect. It's directly in the Old Harbor, 200 meters from the Ocean. And though it's in the hotspot of Chania, I found it very quiet at night. Once many tourists leave around 22:00 - 23:00, it will be quiet to sleep. I'd book anytime again!

There really is nothing I didn't like. Always felt happy to come back to the room.

The bathroom/shower felt a bit run down, but I suppose that is to be expected from an old (very charming) Greek building
