The apartment was well located within the old town and was a short walk down to the waterfront. The facilities were good but the showers/toilet were very small. The spiral staircase for four levels was a surprise. The breakfast supplied was wonderful and the ladies serving were lovely. The beds were comfortable, while the showers were good, the upstairs shower handset did not have a rail or wall fitting so had to be used as a handset only which made it a bit difficult for my partner who had the use of only one arm.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town and a short walk from the historic harbour. Breakfast was delightful (a large series of mini plates) with traditional meats, pastries, seafood, and served with a smile every morning. The room was a fantastic, traditional olde world style room, oak beamed, with old photos adorning the walls. Staff extremely helpful, including (on first evening) helping me to unlock my phone, which had failed to start properly after flight. Room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and toiletries as required.

Perhaps it would have been helpful to have a few more recommendations for the local area - places to eat, etc. The reception has limited opening hours, but luckily the very friendly gentleman (who could have been the owner) spotted me outside and came to assist.

Quirky AF. Great use of a tiny space. The location is fabulous and pretty easy to find with Maps, about 10 mins easy walk from the bus station, maybe 15 if like us you try to cut through the side streets and zigzag through the restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Plentiful breakfast. Excellent coffee. Jazz bar at the end of the street opens very late (not noisy). Great location. Plenty of places to eat & drink & people watch a short walk away.

Tired, very random facilities (spa bath in the kitchen, broken hook for the shower head in the bedroom upstairs).

We stayed in Ifigenia Rooms for three nights. The location is excellent, just a few metets away from the Venetian Port and Firka Tower. Cosy, big room with a large bed and a bathtub inside (there was albo a separate bathroom with a shower). Very nice and helpful owner. Amazing breakfast served outside on the street where you can enjoy the great view of the alleys of Old Town. The food was tasty - we got fried eggs, bread, olives, vegetables, bacon and more. The ladies serving it were friendly and nice.The room was clean and had everything you could want - dishes, small balcony, kettle, towels.The only things we found troubling were the streep and winding stairs. Apart from that - EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY!

Fantastic breakfast. Very friendly and helpful with luggage storage after checking out, rang to organise taxi pick-up and fabulous restaurant suggestions. Fabulous location in the "old town" with traditional old world charm.

Bathrooms were very cramped. Spiral staircase not accommodating large suitcases so left on ground floor.

The host is very nice, very nice location in beautiful neighbourhood, very very close to the center and port, excellent breakfast, very very rich as continental breakfast with all typical pieces of foot to taste

a little bit narrow , not suitable for those who wants privacy ( 2 bedrooms but have no doors) but for the family great, and not suitable who has problem to step on the 2 nd floor on round narrow steps

The breakfast is awesome, taken outdoors in a romantic alley, delivered by two young ladies who are super friendly and hospitable. Breakfast is brought to the table, with many different items, all delicious, including a freshly squeezed orange juice, and several items vary from day to day. The location is excellent, right in the charming old town, a 2 minute walk from the Old Venetian Port.

We stayed in the “standard apartment”, a 3 room plus terrace unit, which sounds great but it is quiet difficult to deal with. Even though it sounds big, with room for four adults, it is not optimal for families with small kids, neither for adults with walking difficulties. The rooms are linked by a very tight spiral staircase, quite difficult to deal with if caring anything, or going to the restroom in the middle of the night. We would book this unit again, if no other unit is available, because we liked the location, the breakfast and the hosts so much, but we would certainly try to book one of their regular rooms or the deluxe apartment (which we believe be easier to deal with).

Delightful hosts and the room was amazing. We had a room with steps up to the bed and spar bath, (bathroom included a shower) big four poster bed and a Juliet Balcony. Everything was easily accessed by walking. Great breakfast!

Perfect location of the apartment, very good breakfast, cats were a bit disturbing at breakfast, copulating next to the tables, delicious orange juice, the best I've had in town.

We chose a room with a mezzanine, but we did not expect the apartment to have 4 floors. kitchen on the ground floor, bedroom on the first floor, winding stairs, 2nd bedroom on the 3rd floor, narrow winding stairs, a second bathroom on the 4th floor also via the spiral stairs. We lasted two days, but it would have been a problem for longer.

Absolutely lovely The room was much nicer than I expected. The women who work there are so friendly and warm. Its very nicely located, in the old part of the city, so it's full of charm. The breakfast was very filling. The staff was very helpful and kind

The only downside, is the noise from the outside. So I suggest you bring ear plugs so the noisy tourists wont wake you when they pull their suitcases over the stoned sidewalk. Or when they can't find their passport and they shout in the middle of the night 🙄
