The welcome was amazing and the view is as good as the photos - lots of space - small kitchenette but everything you need. The apartment has soul.

Unfortunately our last night was spoilt by very loud music until nearly 2am from one of the bars below. We were fine with the previous night's and in this location we expected some.noise (windows in the apartment work well) but suggest guest bring earplugs just in case

amazing locations and such friendly amd helpful staff. we arrived late in the night but this was no problem for them..

nothing, the property is lovely, with an exit onto the old town harbour or into the middle of old town itself..

Tons of charm. Perfect location (and I really do mean perfect). Spotlessly clean. Beach towels provided! If anything, images undersell the place. Staff are extremely helpful, laidback and friendly, and are more than happy to suggest places to visit both locally and around the island.

Minor (for me, at least): quite a few stairs, though only really an inconvenience getting bags up at check-in and departure. Persons of more limited mobility should consider this carefully.

Spectacular view from the room window, very nice and very helpful host. A wonderful room with a separate bedroom, a clean bathroom and a kitchen. Soundproof windows, if you want silence, just close the windows. Great breakfasts served in the building next door. We will definitely come back. Even liked the 42 steps :-)

This apartment was a real treat - open up the large windows to see the old town and harbor. Get some drinks and nibbles as you wont want to go out!! it is well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. it has double glazing so noise from the street is not a problem. Antonis the manager could not have been more helpful! From carrying our bags to local advice he was the best!

Location was fabulous in the center of everything! We had an amazing romantic balcony, it felt so peaceful! We really loved every second of our stay, our apartment was immaculately clean and well organized. The owners were very kind, gracious and helpful. Chania is a great city to visit, highly recommended!

Host is very helpful as is the cleaning lady. Location is very good, direct on the old harbour with great views. Would be ideal for a family of four but less so for a romantic trip for a couple.

Be aware that there are over 40 steps to reach the apartment from street level. Furniture was a little “lived in”. Sofa beds instead of sofa in the lounges. Bathroom is very small (just enough room for a shower, toilet and sink)

The property manager was great, very hospitable and welcoming. The location is perfect, right on the harbor in the middle of it all. It was very clean, left us beach towels which was really nice.

There was one bathroom for 2 bedrooms, less than ideal. No hooks for towels which sounds minor but is actually annoying.

The location of the stay was excellent with cafes all around. The manager provided useful and timely assistance.

However, the only problem we faced being senior citizens was the climb to the apartment which was very steep.

Erietta suites is perfectly situated next to the port with easy access to shops & restaurants. Seaview rooms get morning sun and enjoy the shade when you come off the beach in the afternoon. The bed linen is crisp & clean and is kept clean daily. The bathroom is a little small but sufficient with a shower, toilet and basin and is also clean and comfortable. The building is not "ultra modern" in keeping with the old town architecture but is clean and comfortable. If you are looking for simple accommodation that is clean and in the best part of town then this is great. Comes with kitchenette and cooking utensils, 2 bedrooms, Lounge, Bathroom and balcony that can seat four. with excellent views over the old port.

There is a flight of stairs to your room which you need to be aware of, but the view from your room makes it all worth it. The bathroom is a little bit small but it is still clean and modern, so do not let this put you off.
