Possibly one of the best hotels in Chania. Amazing location, super comfy beds, and such a beautiful place — everything is so well decorated. The hosts really thought of every single detail and left the room fully equipped with anything you might need: sewing kit, feminine hygiene products, and so much more. The garden is absolutely stunning, and honestly, one of the best places I stayed at in Crete. But what really made the difference was the lovely host — such a kind and caring person. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Aelios Apartment. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Paula, who greeted us warmly and even offered refreshments upon arrival. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. One small observation is that although slippers were mentioned as part of the amenities, they were not provided in the room. Additionally, the view from our specific room wasn’t particularly impressive. However, these minor points didn’t detract from an overall excellent experience. I highly recommend Aelios Apartment for anyone visiting Chania

Lovely and Helpful Staff. Very accommodating for any questions like where to go and eat. In the old town but in a very peaceful corner. Nicely decorated and constructed complex. Clean and homey room. Small touches in the room like feminine kits available. Coffee and water always refilled. Parking is a plus! And very much needed as it is very hard to find parking. Parking is about 5-7min walk. Do note that Parking is a problem in the city. Near to ports where you can start island hopping. You can even book on the spot. Souvenir and uniqe shops right outside. Olive oil and honey is much cheaper here than in duty free. The bakery down the street is a must try to. Spinach pie was still soft after hours.

At the edge of the old town of Chania, so very close to everything but still calm at night. Very kind owner who welcomed every new guest with a drink! The accommodation itself is spacious and consists of a sitting area, a bedroom and a modern bathroom.

The place itself is located in a small alleyway where cars cannot go. - This means you have to walk about 240m from the neares drop-off point at Talos Square. Anyway this shouldn't be an issue for most people.

Our stay at Aelios Hotel was relaxing from the minute we walked in. Paula and Nickolas made us very welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was superb and from the minute we left the hotel we were on the cobbled streets among the tavernas and little craft shops yet the hotel and courtyard was so quiet. A perfect stay in beautiful Chania Old Town. We will have to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Aelios. Fantastic location for all restaurants, beaches, shopping, and places of interest. Quiet location , staff friendly and accommodating, beautiful room, clean and such comfortable beds...best sleep we had on our Euro vacation. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel in Chania was absolutely perfect! The cleanliness was impeccable; the rooms were cleaned daily and the common areas were very well maintained. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to many key places and a great selection of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff, in particular, were exceptional. They were extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Spacious room with beautiful minimal decoration, a lot of light. Beautifully renovated. Quiet location although in the old town. Easy to reach. The hotel provides a parking lot just outside the city wall. Very kind staff.

Everything was great and we would definitely return there. Only the water heating could possibly be slightly adjusted, as it turned sometimes to cold in the shower, only to turn to hot again by itself. But this was a minor problem.

The hotel's location is ideal, situated on the edge of the old town, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle while maintaining easy and quick access to the town and harbor. Paula delivered exceptional hospitality, radiating warmth and friendliness, and the receptionist was equally welcoming. The room was very tidy and had a charm, and it's impeccably maintained for cleanliness.

There were a couple of small drawbacks during our stay. Firstly, the morning receptionists had rather limited proficiency in English, making communication a bit challenging at times. Additionally, the limited operating hours of the reception, from 8 am to 8 pm, posed an inconvenience. We did work around it but we wished it was further extended a couple of hours.

Beautiful boutique hotel, in the perfect location. The room was stylish, with high quality linens and towels. Superb amenities, again of a very high quality. The bed and pillows were also incredibly comfortable. What made my stay here exceptional, however, was the warm welcome received from the owners. They genuinely care about you, ensuring you have everything you need without being intrusive. Paula was so friendly and so helpful with recommendations and made us feel so special. It is rare to find such exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and thank everyone there for such a wonderful stay.
