Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Lots of charm esp stairway in central atrium. Rooftop sitting area.

Room 6 was cramped and opposite a streetlight without darkening shades. Bathroom also cramped with only a shower curtain to restrain water leading to wet floor whenever used. Note that every room is different. After room 7 emptied we checked it out, it was far nicer.

What a wonderful 12 days we had here with our 2 grown up children. We had 2 rooms, both very, very lovely, one with the most amazing sea view balcony. Chania really has everything we want for a holiday. Beaches, restaurants and night clubs (for the 'children'). The location of Nostos really couldn't be beaten, everything was on our doorstep! Thank you from all of us for a lovely holiday!

This hotel is in the middle of it all - a great location! We stepped out the door into the buzz of the center of Chania and were literally around the corner from the water. We were surrounded by shopping, amazing restaurants and the harbor. There is a roof deck at the hotel with a wonderful view as well. This has nothing to do with the excellence of the hotel, but parking a rental car was a bit challenging in this busy area. Just something to consider. Having a car was fantastic though, as there are many beautiful beaches and excursions in this area of Crete. My husband and I traveled with our 17 and 19 year old kids, fun was had by all. The staff at the hotel was very responsive and helpful. 10/10!

LOVED the location - in the old town but about 2 mins from the noisy party so fine at night. The host was fantastic, helpful and friendly - organised an early morning taxi for me which was great. The facility itself was so sweet - a split level apartment which optimised space. The aircon was very appreciated. I really liked how the light switches worked so you could turn the main lights off from up in the bed nook area so there’s no point where you need to stumble in the dark. A fantastic stay!

This was fantastic. We’re right in the center of the old Venetian port. There was so much to do and see all around us. The facilities themselves are very clean, clean daily, the bathroom was fine, and there was an upstairs patio that was absolutely gorgeous with great news. This hotel offers Breakfast for purchases in the morning. Our beds were made daily and towels replaced. I would recommend this to anybody traveling to chania.

Delightful staff - I arrived later in the evening and the man waiting for me at reception was so kind to let me have his highly coveted parking space when he was leaving. Really so kind! Room was clean and very large. Good location if you want to be 'in the middle of everything'. Also very happy that they accepted to have my small dog stay with me!

Staff, owner, receptionist Aria, old history of the building, location right in old city of Chania a block (1 minute) from the beach. Good breakfast included in our package. Lovely old roof terrace and really helpful staff.

Too many stairs especially in rooms with mezzanine bed platform. Stairs narrow and dangerous especially at night when all lights not working. Bathrooms tiny and need up grade, grouting - drainage etc Amount of stairs should be listed on advertisements as not suitable for anyone with knee issues or big bags to lug up and down.

The hotel is in an excellent location for being in the centre of the Old Town. The staff are warm and friendly and everything is laid out well with the best view from the rooftop. For 3 night's stay as a base to visit other places, and for value for money, the hotel couldn't be faulted.

These are minor dislikes, but as all the buildings in the old town are so old, these can't be helped. Our floor was concrete, but the above floor was wooden, so it was quite noisy when the person above us walked a few steps. Best to be on the upper floor than underneath! The room was quite dark, but we were in a very narrow street, so it couldn't be helped. Maybe better lighting. The shower temperature was difficult to manage, but it did its job. These can be overlooked over the cleanliness, location and great staff.

Perfect location, right at the Venetian Port and within few minutes walking distance from anything important in the Old Town, while very well connected to the rest of the city as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they made my accommodation so much more pleasant 😊 I highly recommend it!

The windows of the room overlooked a terrace where people would walk, reason why I had to keep them and the blinders shut all the time. For someone who loves natural light, especially in the morning, it was a bit daunting not having any of it throughout my whole stay.
