I have stayed at several accommodations in Old Town/Port previously and by far, this is the best! Interaction with the host was readily available. The suite was clean, comfortable and as a solo, seasoned, female, seasoned, traveler, I felt very safe. The accommodation was on the ground. If one has mobility issues, there are only two steps to navigate. Location is outstanding (a short walk to wonderful restaurants), within walking distance of the KTEL station (great for day trips or other locations on the island) and wifi was readily available and very stable. I cannot say enough nice things about this space. I recommend it as a 10/10! Thanks.

Everything was great. The location of the apartment is perfect. Everything is near, but it’s in a quiet street, so you can enjoy the vibrant feeling of the city, while you can have a good night sleep in peace. The room was cleaned everyday, and it had everything you need in a room for a vacation. Niki the host is one of the most friendly and helpful lady I ever met. If I had any question or wish, she immediately helped me. I only csn recommend this place.

Our stay at Konmari Boutique Rooms was wonderful! The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the old town, with shops, cafes, and the waterfront nearby. The rooms are stylish, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.

The room was smaller than we expected, but still comfortable enough for two. Everything was well-organized and functional, so it didn’t feel cramped. It made for a cozy and enjoyable base while exploring Chania.

Really nice apartment, everything is new and nicely designed.Having been to Chania 5 times now, I can say the location is perfect, right in the old town with access to all restaurants and the wonderful little streets, but just on the side so you can access it by car. Parking can be a bit tricky, but I managed to park 2 min away from the apartment every day. Highly recommend, great value !

Location is perfect if you want to stay at the old town and have not hired a car. We hired a car but parking was close to the room. Bed was big and comfortable. AC was very good. Pictures on booking are the same as the room though the room is smaller than it seems in the pictures but good enough as we only slept and showered there. It had all amenities.

The water pressure for the shower was low.

The location is wonderful, and the owner was extremely kind. All amenities are there, and you will truly enjoy this stay. Tip for future guests: The parking situation is tricky. You can pay for parking very nearby or circle around the streets looking for an empty spot. We parked outside the city in a supermarket parking because it is much easier but it was 2.5km from the apartment. Not a fault of the owner of course

The bathroom doors are not closing completely, so you can hear every movement of the person inside. No terrace in the apartment where we stayed, but we used the outside one that is joined for all upstairs guests and it was great. The bedsheets were changed daily, but the towels not once in 4 days.

We were happy with our accommodation and really liked how the place looked. Very good location in city center. Modern touch.

When we expressed concerns about oily water in the jacuzzi, the staff seemed frustrated and told us it was chemicals, not oil. They also mentioned that the previous guest did not use the small pool. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but we were disappointed with how our concerns were handled.

I booked two rooms one for three people and one for four and both were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rooms had everything we needed, including an espresso machine, and the bathrooms were large and spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the view from our rooms. Overall, it was a great stay.

the accommodation was perfect. very clean. the whole room was brand new. the staff and the owner were amazing. the owner gave us information about the area and was very helpful. the location was perfect. in the city 2 minutes from the port. I highly recommend it. it is worth a visit. I love the place and i visit again for sure. ♡

Perfect place to stay, in the centre of the old town. The staff are friendly and clean the room each day. They even provide toiletries which you don’t see much nowadays in some hotels.

It’s not the property but I think it’s the guests from other room as our room is just next to the street where people walking, the front has tables and chair where guests can sit outside but I think one of guests are smoker so they sat outside smoking and it’s not good when it’s early morning and you’ll be waken up by the smell of cigarettes and not good if you have a child, so for me smoking should have not been allowed in front of rooms, even if it’s outdoor and in the street maybe should have a sign where they can smoke, just a bit of respect to other guests.
