The staff. The location is excellent, and the staff is wonderful—everyone treated me incredibly well. The service was outstanding. There were three ladies who helped me, including Olivia and two others whose names I can’t remember—one of them was the housekeeper. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the shower—it doesn’t have doors, so water spills out when you bathe. If that’s not an issue for other travelers, I think this is a great option. I truly recommend it. Congratulations to all the staff, and thank you for welcoming us with such beautiful smiles. You were incredibly kind—never change!

This is a beautiful small hotel in the heart of Chania Old Town. You couldn't be closer to the action if you tried. We stayed on 3rd floor in the room with the balcony and hot tub for 5 nights. It was glorious! The room is spacious, the balcony gets sun all day, the sun loungers and patio furniture are really comfortable. Coming home from a day at the beach to sit on the balcony drinking wine til the sun goes down is my favourite holiday past time. The staff are so friendly and always have time for a chat on the way in and out to your room. They made it so special. They even gave us a small gift as we were leaving, such a lovely touch! I would 100% go back to stay here!

There was nothing about this place I didn't like and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was really clean, in the middle pf Chania. Everything was 5 minutes away by foot. They replaced the coffee capsules daily, added new water (free) to our mini-fridge. The staff organized our trip to Balos, which was really convenient. The guy from the reception also gave me a list of his favorite places. And the price was good. I highly recommend it.

The fact that i couldn't store my luggage after my check out and that made my last day inconvenient as i had all day before my flight so i had to walk quite some and store them in lockers.Also housekeeping knocked on my door to ask me if i need my room to be cleaned even though i had the "do not disturb" sign on my door and i kindly said no cause i did not need anything.However after i left the room,i came back and the room had been cleaned even though i still kept the "do not disturb" sign on.Obviously i didn't want anyone entering my room?The housekeeping lady was kind though. The shower was a bit broken.

The location was perfect. The hotel is super close to the centre of the old town but the street it is located in was pretty quiet which was great. The room was very comfortable and modern and included coffee, wine, some treats and water which was really nice. The room service was excellent and the staff were lovely. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

The shower set up was a bit strange as the shower didn’t have a door. There was a drain in the bathroom for the shower almost like a wet room but the drain didn’t work very well. There is also no separate area for reception. It is located on the first floor which was right outside our room which could be quite loud in the mornings but it wasn’t too much of a concern. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would happily stay here again!

This hotel is in a great location in the old town of Chania near the harbour. Staff were really friendly and lovely. We had the suite on the 3rd floor which the lovely Maria came in and cleaned it for us everyday leaving us a lovely animal or flower made out of towels on our bed. Suite on the 3rd floor has all the private roof top space too which is excellent.

The only thing that was a slight negative is that there is no lift to 3rd floor so you have to be strong and fit to carry your cases up to it and of course get yourself up them after a few drinks 🤣🤣. Hot Tub for this suite only fits the 1 person at a time.

We had a well furnished room to a nice standard located not too far from the bus station and in the old part of town. The lady who recieved us was very friendly and helpful. We were glad she was there as there was a mix up with card keys. It also had a small balcony overlooking the pedestrian street below.

Room was a bit cramped but Chania was such a nice place to visit why would you want to stay a long time in your room?

Little boutique hotel with all the modern luxuries. Great coffee in the room, Cretan biscuits, water, wine and juice in the fridge, nice toiletries, bathrobes, slippers etc. Had free Netflix, comfortable bed. Room a bit small, big bed took most of the space, but was perfect for me. Nice little balcony with table and chairs. Great stay for a couple of nights!

Someone made a lot of noise in the mornings, or I think the interior walls are thin, while you don’t hear much from the outside. But no problem 😌

Great location to access the town (restaurants, bars, shops etc). Comfortable bed and friendly staff (shoutout to Maria!😁) Sheets and towels changed every day with amazing towel art!

As other reviews mentioned the shower water does go everywhere as the bathroom is kind of a wet room. The room we stayed in was quite small with not a lot of storage for clothes, but wasn’t a huge issue as only stayed for 6 nights.

Almost everything! We like the room, the bed is comfortable , location - its in the old town, and a few minute walk to bus station and staff are really nice and accommodating.

The shower. It’s too small and no glass cover. So everything will be wet.
