The property was conveniently located in the town and right by the old town, making it a perfect location to stay. The hotel had everything we needed for the few days we were there with nice amenities and the staff were lovely.

The only issue for us was due to being in Chania for a wedding we had hired a car and finding parking was an issue at times. Saying that, the receptionist was amazing in sending us an email of car parks around the hotel as well as streets where you could park for free around the hotel. The parking though did not take away from our stay and the hotel itself.

I would highly recommend this property. We had room 502 which had two balconies both which you can see the ocean. Very spacious room with a separate sitting area from the bedroom. Room included a bar fridge. This is centrally located about 200 meters of the Main Street. It’s surprisingly quiet due to the proximity. The water front is a five minute walk with all of the shops and restaurants you need. The bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The beach is approximately 1.5 km walk.

Breakfast was not included in our room but we opted to purchase it from the Hotel for the duration of our stay. The cost is 8€ per person. If breakfast is not included in your room I would suggest not purchasing it. It was delivered daily at 8 am from a local bakery but it was not very appetizing. You have three options of what kind of breakfast you want so you have the option to choose something else but it still wasn’t tasty and I am not a fussy eater. Just a personal choice.

Amazing location, close to Old Venetian Port and bus terminal. Quiet street, very safe and easy to find. A few steps off the ground level to reach the elevator, but we did see a chair lift, so that’s great. 2 bedrooms were spacious, clean and very neat. A little older, but very well maintained. Excellent service with 24 hour desk attention. So polite and friendly. Little balcony with a small clothing rack for wet bathing suits or other clothes. Local TV options with some Greek music channels, loved to play them!

Being American, I am not used to more open showers, so a little water does splash out onto the floor. Very easy to dry up with the towel provided, and the bathroom is very clean. This is more a personal preference, and not a real problem.

We were in the quadruple room with two separate bedrooms, which was wonderful; we had a large terrace facing the White Mountains where we ate our breakfast and lounged after dinner, and as the room is transversal and on the fourth floor, we also had a view on the harbor and the sea from the other side. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times! The location was also very convenient - just a street away from the old town, so still accessible by car (nice when moving heavy luggage!).

The WiFi had some trouble, and it didn't reach the terrace, so we couldn't use it outside, which was a bit annoying. The breakfast wasn't also the greatest - the food isn't bad, but it's a bit bland and comes in prepared boxes.

The front desk was very helpful and kind, they let me leave my luggage because I arrived early for the check-in, and I got my room earlier. The room was big and also had a big tv, a nice bathroom and the air conditioning worked fine as it was really hot outside. It is 3 minutes walk to the centre of Chania and the port where there are many restaurants and shops, also 5 minutes away from the bus station.

the only thing was the view of the window as it was close to the apartment in front of the building and there were people in their balconies so I did not open the curtains too much, maybe they should add curtains that are not blackout so there is a little more light even if they are closed

Very good location in the city center, close to everything you need also close to the central bus station, handy if you want to travel by bus! The bathroom looked like it was recently renovated, very spacious as well as the shower. The bed was very comfortable! The balcony was nice to have!

The fridge and the AC are a bit old and they are a bit louder also you can hear noises from the hallway or other rooms.

Solo traveller 3 night stay.Good central location in Chania, for shops, eateries, bus station and for visiting and walking around the harbour. Room was a good size,clean and comfortable. Breakfast was extra cost if required.Staff were really nice, very friendly and helpful. Always check that facilities suit your needs.Would recommend and would stay again.

Bathroom was very clean & modern. Bedroom was clean as well with a comfortable bed. Big terrace / balcony area with a great view. Breakfast was great value for money with lots of tasty options, I even saved the sandwich everyday for my lunch due to the filling options provided. Location was dead centre in Chania allowing great accessibility to all the local sights, restaurants & views.

Room was comfortable, staff was awesome and friendly and provided us with helpful information to also check places that weren't visited by tourists. Even the clean lady did some extra stuff in our room, she put the two beds together so that we can have a two person bed and not two separated beds. Breakfast was also good.

More options of lunch packages in the morning would be very nice, changing the morning package is possible but selecting between 3 options is a little limited. After 5 days we requested to not get the lunchboxes anymore at reception just to eat in places near the hotel. The food wasn't bad, we just wanted something different. Maybe this is a stretch but more dietary options are welcome, for example wholemeal bread for the sandwiches.

Everything! Our stay was so pleasant. The staff were so friendly and the cleaning ladies always smiled at us and wished us a good morning. They were all so very attentive to our needs and the rooms were always kept spotless. We stayed in the top floor room with a large outdoor balcony which had a great view of Chania! The room had a great aircon system which helped during prime mosquito season. The location is excellent and everything you could need is at your fingertips. A few things to note... The shower can get a little hot and requires a few mins to cool down and the curtains don't hug the walls so the neighbours could see in from their balcony. Other than that, the hotel was perfect for our needs and was at such a great cost too. A***
