The location is simply perfect! Within just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach both the bus station and the charming old town, with everything you might need nearby, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a wonderfully comfortable mattress that gave us a truly restful sleep.Perhaps in the future, a shower screen could be added to prevent water from splashing out, but this is just a very small detail compared to the overall amazing experience. We were completely satisfied with the hospitality!

Its our second time here, and we love it, its the perfect location for just everything, , city bus to the beaches or walking distance for other beaches and its just in the heart of Chania , just "far" enough from the noise and close enough for those night walks. The room was spacious and we had a balcony which made it easy to dry our clothes from the beach and have a lill coffee in the morning , Its just perfect, we definitely would come back :) and Hara is helpful and so nice !

Firstly, I loved the location! it was within walking distance of every nice area in Chania! the old town, beaches, shops, and restaurants! Secondly, Although the apartment was very close to the old town it was super quiet at night so we had very nice sleep there.

The building is too old, it's renovated. When we entered the building there was some residue from construction in the main corridor, nothing to keep you from enjoying the place but I didn't have a good feeling to see them there.

The hotel is very centric, close to the restaurants, bars, bus station and the old town. You can literally walk to the Chania old town less than 5 minutes and Nea Chora and Koum Kapi beaches are both 12-14 minutes walking distance. Our room was very spacious, everything was renovated and meeting the needs. The bed was quite comfortable.The room had a huge terrace with a table. I enjoyed to have breakfast there, hang the beach clothes and chill in the evening. I loved the bathroom, it was so big, new and comfortable after the long beach days. There was cleaning service every day and our bed sheets and towels got changed every 2 days by a nice lady. The host was also very friendly, helped us to book our trips to Knossos and Elafonissi beach and provided helpful information.

We definitely recommend this place. The hotel is located close to the center, but at the same time not in the noisiest area, so you can sleep peacefully at night without any problems. Close to the bus station - a big plus. There are many cafes around, so a delicious breakfast is within easy reach. The room was clean, towels changed every second day.Very nice and helpful staff.

Great communication. The entry instructions sent along with door codes. Being able to checkin early afternoon allowed me to explore more of Chania. I really liked the room decor & styling. The housekeeper I saw next day was very helpful and asked if I needed anything replenished. TheJoy City Suites is only a 5min easy walk from the main Bus Station with a good array of shops & cafes.

Nothing, I will almost certainly book and stay there again

The place is in a really great location, 5-minute walk from the centre. The room is comfortable and spacious enough and it was cleaned every day which is really important!!!

However, there is no lift in the building, so we had to carry luggage upstairs. Also, it was quite impersonal since noone never welcomed us and this felt kind of weird. We just received an email informing about the key, found the key inside the building and that was it. Noone contacted to ask if we arrived and if we needed something during our stay.

It was a great stay. The room was very clean, and it had a huge bathroom. I checked in on a Sunday and had to print some documents. I contacted the staff, and although they don't have printers, they offered to take me to the nearest bookstore to get my printing needs the next day (most stores are closed on Sundays). Although I ended up not needing that, it was a nice gesture.

There was a big fly in my room when I checked in, and I had a hard time getting it out.

The location, space in the room, comfort, couldn't fault it. Would highly recommend. Really nice touch with a kettle, fridge, wifi worked really well.

Nothing, nothing failed to meet expectations. Really nice area and good, easy, walking distance to harbour, beaches and various other areas of Chania.

The room was spacious and nicely furnished. The whole apartment was spotless! We had room service every day and fresh towels. Very close to the city centre, and many bakeries, cafes, and bars are close to the apartment.

The only thing I minded, was the bathroom, it may need renovation soon. The wall in the shower was damaged, and the colour and the paint peeled off, it just did not look sanitary and pleasant. But overall the apartment was very clean.
