An excellent, up to date hotel slam bang in the centre of Chania, within walking distance of the Venetian Port and right next to the main shopping street. Lovely receptionist was incredibly helpful, even upgrading us to a room with a balcony overlooking the main square. The room was kept spotlessly clean every day. Could not recommend it more.

It's not even a complaint, just a heads up that there is no elevator because it is a historical building that cannot be modified. But clients are made aware of this ahead of time. Stairs are a tiny bit difficult to navigate with large suitcases, but not impossibly so.

We had an absolutely perfect experience at this hotel! The location is ideal – right in the heart of the city, with a beautiful view of the main square, just a 3-minute walk from the harbor and all the restaurants and terraces in the old town. The beach is also easily accessible, about a 10-minute relaxed walk away. The room was extremely comfortable, with a dreamy mattress and pillows – we slept wonderfully every night. Everything was clean and well-maintained. A big highlight was the kindness of the staff, especially the lady at the reception, who helped me with great care and discretion to prepare a surprise for my partner's birthday. It was a thoughtful gesture that truly made our stay unforgettable. We felt amazing and will definitely return. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

location 10/10. Nearby there is Harbor, coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies, taxi station,everything you need is nearby. The hotel and rooms is very stylish, new, clean. The hotel always smells nice. We are extremely grateful to the lady IVA who works at the reception. She helped us even before our arrival with organizing the bachelorette party. and when we arrived she helped us with reservations for the best restaurants, cafes,beach clubs. I travel a lot, but I have never met anyone like Iva. We remember her with great warmth💜💜💜

Central location, a few minutes walk to the Old Town. The property is tastefully decorated. We stayed in the 2-room set, and it was luxurious! The lady at the reception was very nice too. Pick-up point for our day trip to Elafonissi beach was 3 mins walk from the property. A great place, don’t hesitate to book it!

There is no elevator, we had to take 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. It wasn’t much of a problem for us, but it’s good to know before booking. There should also be provision for complimentary breakfast for the price.

The property has a perfect location in Chania city center. You will be 4 minutes walking from the bus station, 5 minutes walking from the old city, 15 minutes walking from the beach. There are excellent coffee places, bakeries, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies and restaurants around it. The building is old, but fully renovated, fresh, and has a charming style. In addition, the place was immaculate clean, daily cleaning service, big, new and comfortable bed and mattress, spotless bathroom. Not noisy at all, despite being in a busy square. The receptionist and the cleaning lady were helpful and nice, ready to assist you with anything you might need.

Not an issue for us, but keep in mind they do not have an elevator and are not allowed to install one in such an establishment. We stayed at the 2nd floor, but the stairs are large and wide enough to climb. Unless you have mobility issues, this is not an inconvenience.

This property is beautiful inside and out. If you plan to be in the area and want to indulge in a getaway that is beyond decent with top notch employees (special mention to Eva) who provide excellent customer service, this is the place! The Nespresso machine was a bonus and served us well, the bed is very comfortable, the property is beautiful and smells really good. Located on the outskirts of the old city in a close proximity to great walkable shopping and dining.

i really enjoyed my stay here, used it as my home base to explore Crete, very clean, everything was updated and modern, room was spacious and comfortable, staff was very helpful (warned me the Samaria Gorge was closed), the location is primo, right smack in the heart of restaurants, shops but still very quiet, AC worked amazingly well

hard to tell from the outside it's your hotel lol, no elevators, no parking but was able to find free street parking within a 5 min walk

The location is great since one can easily reach the central bus station and the city center. The host is extremely nice and helpful, always ready to provide useful advice for places to eat or activities; she helped to get a wonderful tour to the Balos and Gramvousa beaches. The room was clean and spacious, fully furnished; all the facilities were functioning properly. The hotel was kind enough to offer a bottle of wine with some snacks for breakfast as a welcoming gift.

The ventilation in the bathroom is not strong enough so that the wet clothes are not drying fast (there is no problem with the towels since they are changed every day). The toilet brush was half broken.

The property was exceptional. It is centrally located in Chania, within walking distance of the port. The accommodation is well-appointed with a small refrigerator and air conditioning, and it is meticulously maintained. Housekeeping services include daily towel changes and sheet changes every two days. The hostess was exceptionally kind and approachable. She provided invaluable assistance with any inquiries we had regarding the island and also arranged a taxi for us on our departure day. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a lovely stay! We were greeted by the most friendly hotel manager who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. They were also accommodating to our requests such as needing an early check in. The hotel room is beautiful, modern and luxurious feeling with a very comfy bed. The location could not be better in the centre of Chania old town, and the rooms had good soundproofing so we didn’t hear any street noise. One night, we sat on the balcony and enjoyed watching a live concert in the square below. Thank you so much!
