The staff here are the nieces people ever! We talked often with one of the foot desk women and she was a true dream. So helpful, so kind, felt like friends by the time our week ended. The location for food, coffee and shopping is unbeatable. They restock your fridge with a fresh water daily, then have amazing products you can use while there and they set you up with cheap parking during your stay.

The only complaint is wishing there were fans to use in the rooms. They do have AC- which in Europe is hard to come by, but it didn’t cool the whole room too well- only minor suggestion would be to have these for each room.

The room was really clean and nice! Air conditioning worked perfectly during a massive heat wave. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel's staff was very polite and really wanted us to feel welcome and enjoy our stay.

If you need parking, the cooperating parking is closed on Sunday and it is very hard to find parking lots around the city. Surely that is not Mirabile's fault but just to consider this if you have a car during your stay.

The location was perfect. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Great air conditioning, not too harsh, not too weak and the controls worked well. Nice generous shower. Very friendly staff. House keeping was only done when we were out, which was a nice touch. Loved the lighting and the private balcony. The bed was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this place and would likely book the same again if we ever came back.

Could have done with a few more facilities in the room (for the price). A line or hooks on the balcony to dry clothes for example, would have been useful. One of the lights didn't work but there were so many options anyway this didn't really matter. Please note there's no lift so something to consider if you have accessibility requirements.

A small downside was the noise from the traffic, which is to be expected in a central location, but it wasn’t loud enough to be a real inconvenience. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay for anyone looking to explore the city and enjoy a comfortable experience. We will definitely choose it again in the future! The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the quality of the bed, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. The staff were exceptional—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist. Amazing hotel right in the center of Chania. Everything is new and perfectly clean. Great service in the room with water, tea, coffee and amenities available. The staff was incredibly kind, they always kept in touch and the check in went smoothly even after the reception hours. A mention of honour to Sophia who went all the way to make sure we had a great stay with suggestions of places to eat and visits it was really appreciated.

Amazing and romantic boutique accomodation right outside of the old town. You just cross the road outside and enter the pedestrian only old town. The suite exceeded our expectations. Staff were so kind and helpful with ordering a taxi, giving me a thinner pillow, giving extra water, etc. I can’t rate this place highly enough. We can’t wait to come back.

Pillows were very thick foam ones so good quality but too thick. It would be nice if they had a stock of other pillows like medium and thin ones so you could change for one that suits you better.

.the location was very good, close to the old city as well as the new one. The room was modernly decorated with two levels, upper with a bed as well as a bathroom. The room was well equipped. The staff was very helpful and super nice. We rented a car through the hotel which was very good, with a fair price and great service.

If you have any issues with climbing stairs don't book this place... In order to get to the hotel you have to climb around 30 stairs. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable enough, with a wooden beam in the middle, kind of like two beds joined together. The space for 4 people could be a bit of a challenge since it is cramped a bit. In one of the room, the water from the upper shower leaked down and caused damage on personal belongings. It was believed it happened due to lack of usage.
