We have stayed at the Central City Hotel and we had the most wonderful time. Eirini served us home made breakfast and Olga was so helpful and looked after us so well. She recommended places to see and restaurants that serve local, traditional food.The location of this hotel is super close to the main old city walking wise. Olga is such a fantastic nice woman who made sure we had everything and continually checked in on us during the stay. Fantastic place to stay. Close to everything you would need. We spent 10 nights in room on 3td floor with nice tarrace. Fully recommended! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, the bus station, and the beautiful Venetian port. We stayed in a triple room as three friends, and while the space was a bit tight and we would have appreciated an external area like a balcony, the room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was a lovely way to start the day, with a good selection and a great view. But what truly made our stay exceptional was Olga. She was incredibly generous and helpful, offering the best recommendations and going out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm hospitality really stood out and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its central location and outstanding service!

Very central location — just 5 minutes from the bus station and close to the main points of interest. The room was new, clean, and very quiet, despite being near a busy road, since it faced the inner courtyard. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful — especially the lady at breakfast and the gentleman at the reception (whose names I unfortunately don’t know). A special mention goes to Olga at reception. She has a wonderful presence, shares lots of helpful tips and recommendations about the city and surrounding area, and genuinely seems to care that you have a great time on “her island.” She even called the day after I left to check if everything was alright and if I was enjoying my trip — something that’s quite rare these days. I’m very glad I chose to stay here, even if it was only for one night.

A great central location, just around the corner from the bus station. Also it is not a far distance from the Old town, Venezian port. The room was simple but clean and calm. The bathroom had all amenities. There was a tea maker with the choice of herbal tea or coffee, a small fridge and a hairdryer in the drawer. The staff was super friendly. A relaxing overnight stay is guaranteed.

Perhaps I would prefer to have a small breakfast as there was no such option. As it is in central location you have a choice of bar, cafes around to have a breakfast though.

Location was right in the middle of shops,restaurants and port were about 5 to 10min.walk.Room was very modern,big bed,tea and coffee making facilities,hairdryer,fridge all you need for a few days stay.Have to mention Olga at reception,what a lovely friendly helpfull lady,she wrote out names of restaurants and places to go.So helpfull..She would be one of the reasons why we would stay in this hotel again.Breakfast was lovly,Stella makes a great omelette👍

I will come back! perfect location close to the old town, bus station and 15min to Nea Chora Beach. The room is very comfortable and cleaned every day, Excellent breakfast (great coffee! great yoghurt with granola! great orange juice!) very friendly staff at breakfast, especially (Maria). Olga is the best host I've ever met, she gave me a list of the best local restaurants and bus timetables. she gave me lots of recommendations on places to visit. every time I went to reception she asked me how I was and how the day had been. she's a great person with a great personality. thank you very much for everything Olga 😊 see you!

The hotel’s location is perfect—it’s right in the center of Chania, surrounded by shops and everything you need. One of the hotel staff members, Olga, was incredibly supportive and helpful. She really took care of the guests and is such a kind person. She personally guided my parents and made sure they were well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel, and if you need any assistance, be sure to ask Olga. A huge thank you to Olga for looking after my parents!

The location was good- in the middle of the modern shopping area and a 15 minute walk to both the harbour and Neo Chora beach. Close to the bus station. Hotel very clean, good standard of daily housekeeping. All the staff were very friendly but Olga was outstanding. We went to many of the restaurants she recommended and they were all great and very varied. She’s a really warm and friendly person. She wants everyone to leave Crete with only good memories and she did a good job for us.

We had rooms facing the main road and there was some traffic noise. Please get some Greek butter at breakfast.

Central location. Bedrooms and the whole hotel very clean and modern. Staff fantastic very polite and friendly. Breakfast terrific one day we had to leave early and the lady who makes the breakfast had a bag ready prepared for us to take. Thank you so much. Special mention to Olga who is an amazing and loveable lady. Always helpful of what trips to go on and recommending restaurants to eat from.
