This is one of the best properties we have ever been in. Super clean .it is more than a room as there is also a kitchen and small living room. And a very big balcony. We really enjoyed our stay (4 nights) and gladly would have extended it! The position is perfect, just across the street from the main bus station (approx 10 min on foot from the Venetian Port). We absolutely recommend Antel - hope to be back! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

We chose this hotel due to the location, in front of bus terminal so it was so easy to travel around the island with the bus. Staffs were really supportive and kind, room was clean and spacious. Shower does not have a door so water might spread to entire bathroom since we booked the room for universial access design. It was communicated separately and we did not mind it so much, but recommend to check the bathroom type before booking.

Noises from other rooms might bother you if you are unlucky with neighbors

Hotel's location is a major advantage, with a very short walk (2 minutes) to the city center which means easy access to shops, restaurants, attractions, and public transport. The combination of modern amenities, comfort, polite and hospitable staff and proximity to the city center makes it a unique base for exploring Chania.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Antel for five nights, and our experience was nothing short of spectacular . Despite arriving very late due to flight delays, Xanthia, the lovely owner, was there to greet us personally. The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver, making our late check-in completely hassle-free. We stayed in one of the suites, which was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The decor throughout the hotel is elegant, making it clear that a lot of care went into every detail. The daily cleaning service ensured our suite remained spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best we've experienced. The service at Antel is truly top-notch. The staff were always kind, helpful, and available whenever we needed anything. It’s rare to find such a high level of service, and it made our stay all the more enjoyable. In short, we have absolutely nothing negative to say about our time at Antel. This experience has made us fall in love with Crete, and we will definitely be returning to Antel on our next visit. Location is excellent. Opposite the bus station for the airport / trips to other towns and around the corner from the old town and local beaches. The room was quiet and could not hear the huddle and bustle of the area. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped with self catering amenities and toiletries. Very modern and up to date with decor. The reception staff were very friendly and always there to help with any queries and local knowledge.

We appreciate the shower is built for accessibility but the the handle for the pressure / temp was fairly large and the water pressure was low, so to stand under the water you were constantly hitting the handle or you had to hold the shower head. Only a small inconvenience.

Our stay at Antel was exceptional! The room was pristine! The bed was super comfy and the kitchenette had all the required items should you wish to cook. The staff were outstanding!! The reception staff were also so friendly and helpful! They gave us fantastic food and drink recommendations, car hire recommendations and assisted us in booking taxi transfers. The location of this property is also perfect walking distance from the old town making it so easy to go out and explore. We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

New location with beautiful suites! We arrived late in the evening and the 24h reception was ready to welcome us and even suggest us a place to eat, the guy was very friendly and kind! The apartment was beautiful, it had everything you needed, and they also left you a small brakfast for the day after (two cake slice, two chocolate, some sesame and two bottles of water). The location is optimal, near the main attractions and shops, so you had everuìythign within 5-10 minutes by foot. Overall, the best parts were the service, always available, helpful and kind (we asked them for suggestions more than once - never disappointed!) and the beautiful location!

The windows of the bedroom look inside an internal garden with other balconies, but it wasn't a problem for us! Most part of the day we were outside and then you just need to keep the curtains shut (they were white so the light still got in)

Antel apartments have all you need. 24h reception and, very important, cleaning is done daily. Location is very convenient to reach old town but also both of the beaches that are on each side of the town. Very close to farmers market on Thursdays and Saturdays, where you can find local fruits and vegetables at very reasonable prices.

It can be a bit noisy if you have a corner apartment. Not a big deal if windows are closed.

The landlord lady is amazing. She recommended us good local restaurants, and beaches. She is very friendly and helpful and sweet. Amazing person. The location of the hotel is very good. It is next to the coach station. We booked a tour to Balos beach, and the pick up place is right there. It is close to city town as well. Walk everywhere is 10 -20 minutes. The hotel is super clear too. There is housekeeping everyday. Importantly, they have air conditioning in every room including dinning room. We have a wonderful trip in Chania.

You can still hear the sound of cars in the room at night but there are few cars at night on the street
