The hostel leaves really good impressions. You can feel comfortable here and relax after or before continuing your journey. Excellent cleanliness and convenient location right next to the Chania KTEL bus station. The immediate area is full of shops and street food outlets; to the center is the old port, which is a stone's throw away. The 6-person room is quite spacious, although not particularly large. The locker under the bed can accommodate a lot of your stuff. Reading lamp, clean bedding, magnetic card entry everywhere. Well-stocked kitchen, perfectly organized bathroom, and showers (gender separated), especially on the first floor. A nice patio/inner courtyard with a small pond à la pool. Before check-in or after check-out, you can leave your luggage at the reception. High-speed Wi-Fi connection throughout the facility (individual access via password from the reception). PS: Read the hostel rules posted on an A4 card in the rooms; you'll have fun!

This hostel is perfectly located, just one block from Chania’s central bus station, and close to great restaurants, a supermarket, and the old town. The hostel has excellent facilities. It was recently expanded and now consists of three integrated buildings with a spacious common area, a small pool, and a fully equipped kitchen. The atmosphere is lively yet well organized. I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm, which was spacious, with comfortable beds, individual reading lamps, air conditioning, and a balcony overlooking the street. The ensuite bathroom was convenient and clean. I also appreciated that high-quality bed linens are included, and towels can be rented for just €3 (face and bath), which makes the stay even more comfortable. What I loved most were the large, secure under-bed lockers — big enough to fit my medium-sized suitcase (16 kg) safely. This was my second time staying here, and I’ll definitely come back whenever I’m in Chania.

Sometimes, a few guests who are not used to sharing rooms can be a little inconvenient. But this is something that can happen in any hostel worldwide and is not under the hostel’s control. I simply use my earplugs and eye mask, and I sleep very well.

This hostel exceeded every expectation I had and completely changed my perspective on hostels. The facilities are new, clean, and in excellent condition. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. There’s a lovely courtyard with a pool, a dedicated study room, a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious common areas for cooking and relaxing. The bathrooms are spotless, as they are cleaned multiple times throughout the day, and I never experienced any crowding or waiting. It’s by far the best value for money you can find — without sacrificing comfort in any way. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

One of the best hostels I have stayed in. Comfortable beds and incredibly clean bathrooms and common areas. The layout is really nice as it naturally leads to socialising and meeting people. They also organise a lot of day trips which is great for connecting with fellow travellers. Great location - close to town, bus stop, laundry across the street and plenty of shops/bakeries etc. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy going. I would 100% recommend and return.

The only thing I would say to improve is to add some hooks or storage solution in the communal showers as there isn't really anywhere to put your things other than the floor outside the cubicle. Not even anywhere to hang your towel ready to use.

Everything it was a new building and the facilities where great.. it exceeded my expectations. good air-conditioning.. and bathroom with those temperatures this was needed nice swimmingpool.. the location was perfect near the citycenter and busstation. i recommend..

I literally liked everything. I wasn't expecting much because the pictures don't really show much, but the hostel was amazing. The staff was GREAT, always with a smile and up to help with everything. All the facilities were clean 24/7 and you don't even notice how many people there's actually in the hostel because they have lots of kitchens, toilets, etc. I actually extended my stay and was there for a total of 3 weeks. Completely recommend Extras: - Lockers actually work and are huge - Pool is always clean - Laundry service is extra easy - They offer tours at a competitive cost wich makes your life super easy - Location couldn't be better

I had a very nice stay. Close to the bus station and old town. Big hostel but still very quite so that you can get your goodnight sleep. The room (female dorm) was specious and the bed was comfortable. The room has its private bathroom, which was great. There is a kitchen (didn't use it, so not sure about the equipments in there) and a small pool. Next to a main road but when the windows were closed, there was no noise. Overall, very nice hostel.

It would be nice to have curtains for each bed to have some more privacy. The toilet and shower are at the same place, so can't be used if someone is taking shower. The head light by each bed is so strong that when it is on, it lights up the whole room, as if the main light is on.

Very modern and well thought out hostel. Very modern and all maintained to a very high standard. Staff were pleasant, especially the two domestic staff who were constantly cleaning. The hostel is centrally located, it would be ideal for solo travellers and couples. Overall, the nicest and most modern hostel I have stayed in (on this occasion, we shared a twin room) this was very ample and nice.

Nothing - the only issue was that my friend requested a new towel on our last day and this was refused by reception staff despite linen being included. They do have a policy about beach use / rental which wasn't relevant as supposedly included.

Very clean and well maintained place. Constantly cleaned and taken care off. White, fresh linings. Staff very friendly and helpful. Electric access to the room and individual storage. A/C in every room. Very nice common space, outside and inside the hostel. There was no issue with leaving the baggage after check out. Good location, not so crowded area, very close to the main bus station, short walk to the old town area.

There should be more hangers in the toilets, under shower. It would be also helpful to have some curtains in the bed area, instead of sacrificing one of the sheets.

It's a very good hostel, it's very clean and modern, people respect the rules The service provided by the people who clean and wash the laundry at the hostel is really good. Especially the very kind lady who runs the laundry room, the kindest I've met in Greece.

The don't have enough showers (shared) for building The refrigerator are always full and it is difficult to arrange things The receptionist service needs to improve a lot, they are not friendly and kind at all. And there's a green light in the room (emergency light) that won't let me sleep. It creates a lot of glare at night - please change or move other place is annoying.
