What we really liked was very central location of the hotel. You have approx. 10 minutes walk to reach the old town with all the restaurants and shops. For the parking it wasn’t problem, we found easily a parking on the street.

The air condition is directed right into the face when you are sleeping, that is one thing we did not like. There is no breakfast included, you have option that you order one day before breakfast delivered to your room, but the staff is not very satisfied…they said it is better to go to the city centre, of course, because they have less work with you 😃

Good location only 10 minute walk to the old town with bakery’s and supermarkets nearby. Close to the beach with a 15 minute walk away. It was kept very clean, the staff were great - very helpful and happy to give recommendations, also arranged taxis for us to get to wherever we wanted. They were accommodating to our late check in due to a delayed flight. Had no issues at all. The ideal place to stay for a beach holiday with the amenities of a city!

The air-com units were fitted onto the balcony so when the air-con was on, it was uncomfortable to sit on the balcony as hot air was blowing onto it. However this wasn’t a huge issue as we didn’t spend much time on it and it would be okay if you turned off the AC when outside.

The rooms were bright and spacious! The Aircon was really good. The rooms were very well maintained and cleaned. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The water pressure was really good and the shower was brilliant!

The shower hadn't got a door, which meant the whole bathroom got soaked when showering. There is a drain there so it's not really an issue but don't leave things in the bathroom 🙂 The pool doesn't get much sun. While the hotel was very nice, I do think there are hotels just as nice for cheaper.

Room very small for two people, especially if you have luggage. Walk in shower/bathroom very different…(never experienced anything like that before, water goes all over bathroom cabinet) Bathroom doors are frosted….when person on toilet/shower you can see their silhouette…. shower pressure good tho! We had a decent size balcony which helped with space!

It was my daughter who stayed here with friends. They didn't have the breakfast as they like to sleep in and there are plenty of cafes in the city. The hotel's location was the best thing about it as they could easily walk to the shopping streets and the old town as well as the nearest beach. The small swimming pool was perfect for a quick dip and cooling off. They also liked the small pool table, ping pong and gym for when they just wanted to hang out and relax during the day.

We had a short stay here before taking a flight the following evening from Chania. We were in room room 106 on the ground floor, it’s a basic, clean hotel room with nice small balcony area. All in all good value. We didn’t use the pool but it was nice to have it there. Location is about 10 minute walk from the old town. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We were driving and the property was difficult to find using google maps (not the Properties fault just something to be aware of if driving). Parking was relatively easy once we found the hotel. An in room safe would be beneficial.

Spent 4 nights here and enjoyed my stay. Super clean, super comfortable bed, power shower, nice balcony Small pool and sunbeds outside for relaxing. Gym downstairs (open limited hours) Welcoming, friendly staff who were helpful when I asked anything and accommodating with requests. Location in new town, quite convenient, 5 minute walk from bus station, 10 min to Old Town, 15 min to Nea Chora beach.

We liked our stay at the Deluxe City hotel. It seems like the hotel is brand new, sparkling clean rooms and facilities, clean pool, quiet area minutes away from central Chania. The bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned everyday. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed at this hotel on several different visits as we were visiting my dad in hospital. The hotel was perfectly located, clean, great pool and George was so welcoming and helpful - we were having a very difficult time and he always went out of his way to make our stay comfortable! We will definitely return and recommend

Excellent hotel, great location. Pool was an added bonus for a central located hotel. Room was very bright and airy and the balcony a great place to sit too. Over all this was a great, great hotel. Should really be a 3 star but I understand why rated 2 star because of little facilities but you really are a stones throw away from everything.

Could have had more shade outside ie. Parasols. Otherwise no complaints at all.
