Everything was absolutely excellent. The facilities, the pool, the staff who went above and beyond to ensure we have a great stay. We had a superior room, which had an additional sofa bed which our 4 year old loved to sleep in. The pool was clean and lovely. The breakfast was superb. Delicious and varied. It had everything. The staff were personable and engaging. Nektaria was extremely helpful during our pool visits and Hara helped us book our outings. Another member of staff helped us with all our taxis. The location of the hotel is central and next to the bus station which is perfect if one wants to go somewhere at a short notice without driving.

We had a fantastic stay at Samaria, and it was so kind of them to give us a room upgrade for our honeymoon! The pool was gorgeous and the food was really good! Will definitely come again.

We have stayed at many hotels all around the world but the service we received here, the kindness, the professionalism, was unlike anything we have ever experienced before. Exceptionally clean, wonderful staff- Bena was terrific with food recommendations and just anything you needed, location was absolutely perfect, truly the best place to stay in Chania.

Location, lovely helpful staff, needed another night and it was easy and uncomplicated to do.

Central location, clean rooms, cozy pool area

The staff at Samaria hotel are truly exceptional. We had some particular needs, and they could not have been more attentive, kind, and delightful. The hotel is chic, extremely practical with everything thought of, and in an excellent location. We found the location next to the bus station particularly helpful for day trips. (And excellent glazing and the sound of the water from the pool meant that despite the central location with excellent transport, noise was never a problem.) The breakfast was also fantastic.

I couldn't fault the hotel Samaria at all.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, a 1 minute walk from Old Town but also quiet enough to be able to get some sleep at night without music blasting through! Pool and facilities were beautiful and the valet service really saved us from having to search for parking in crowded areas.

Nothing - it was perfect.

The staff are absolutely amazing! They helped us with recommendations and when my wife was not feeling well they even found us a doctor! The location is great as it is very close to the old harbour where you can find a lot of things to do. Breakfast was great as well as it had different things every day.
