I was delighted with my room on the top floor with a huge balcony and deck chairs. The room was a nice size and the fridge with complimentary bottles of water was a great asset and a lovely gesture.The reception staff were all nice and Konstantina was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Also l was impressed with the breakfast and the coffee was really hot which was wonderful. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and would highly recommend it. Just a 10 minute walk and you are in the centre of the city. What l also loved is that the hotel is in a residential area so you would pass the outdoor shop selling fresh fish and further down there was a cafe where the older Greek men had coffee and chatted outside. This all added to my Holiday experience.

The location is superb and central to the town giving (VERY) easy access to the bus station, old town and a 25 minute walk from Nea Chora. The reception staff were efficient and pleasant on check-in/out. The breakfast buffet was decent and gives you a nice start to the day.

I don't really have a problem with the room. It was clean, had a balcony and the bed was comfortable enough. It just didn't feel like a "treat". I guess if we had upgraded the room it would have been a different story but the price was high enough as it was for our budget.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, it is in the centre! The room was a good size, and having a balcony was a great bonus. The air conditioning was silent, which made a big difference for a comfortable night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help. Great value for money overall. Highly recommend!

Excellent location for my needs. was just beside the main bus station for bus from airport and then bus to the south of Crete the next morning. only 10 mins walk to Chania harbour where there are loads of fab restaurants, shops etc and for a lovely stroll around the old town, and to see the lighthouse... Breakfast was lovely, adequate and lots of choice. Had a room with a balcony which was lovely. Staff are really friendly. Would recommend and stay again. Efcharisto.

The location was excellent. It was in easy walking distance to attractions and amenities. The included breakfast was certainly sufficient to get me through the day. I loved the balcony on my 6th floor room. The balconies had plenty of furniture to make myself comfortable.

Some of the facilities need updating. I noticed the handle on the door to my room needed encouragement to lock properly when I entered or left the room. But ultimately it's a minor maintenance issue.

This was the second time we'd stayed at the Nefeli after flying into the airport and before setting off for the south of Crete. It's a really nicely kept hotel with great rooms in a perfect position for stopovers. The main bus station is right across the road, the harbour is a few minutes walk away, and the shops and restaurants are all around. We had wonderful top floor rooms with large balconies this time and everything was so perfect that we wished we could stay a week or more.

Close to Chania bus station (3 min), clean and comfortable room, and top floor has a lovely rooftop terrace. Facilities are not new; but neatly maintained. Cleaner staff are professional, and hotel staff are well-trained. This hotel is not luxsualy one; but you will feel a Greek heartfelt and simple atomosphere.

The staff was really nice. The room was big and spaceous, with a large balcony. The room has also a mini fridge, big bed and very spaceous bathroom. There was also a big desk where you can work if needed.The location of the hotel is 10 min away from the main center Chania. The main bus station is just around the corner, so it is prety easy to get here from the airport with the bus even if you have more than minimal luggage.

We picked this hotel for its central location as we were only spending one night there before going to Rethymno. It was very convenient for the bus station which served us well. It’s also close to the central shopping area and the old town . Everything is easily accessible. The staff were pleasant and we were pleased with our room which had a large balcony with views over the city. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and this was replenished regularly.

Breakfast was very tasty and fresh with a wide variety of choices. The location was very close to the Old Town and easy to spot as you were coming up from the square. All the staff were pleasant and helpful and the lobby was open and large enough for us to leave our luggage while we checked out the bay area before leaving.The beaches in Chania are many and the sand is silky.
