Highly recommend. We had an apartment-split level on the ground floor. It was spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. The distance from all the attractions in the city will allow you to disconnect for a while from it. It only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the main tourists area. This is not to say that you don't have anything close, for instance, there is a cafe right outside to the right. We had a small patio on the ground level in front that offered some privacy by means of a tall wall and gate that will be your entrance to the main door of the apartment. Price for the space was very reasonable.

Being on the ground floor means you won't be seeing any of them mountains over the other buildings in the area from this room.

I was very satisfied with the amenities of the hotel. Firstly, the room was perfect with an excellent mattress, pillows, and bathroom. Secondly, the location is ideal as you are next to the old town without the noise from the crowds, but at the same time, you are in the center next to the bus station and urban buses. The room and the whole hotel are spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent and well-prepared. The hotel staff, both the manager and the owner, are excellent professionals and they helped us a lot with the storage of our luggage and the use of the hotel's common areas. Overall, I was completely satisfied and of course, I would go back again!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms felt new and were really well decorated, very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice and local produce. Parking at opposite car park with deal was good value for money and very convenient. Staff were very friendly. I couldn’t fault this place. Everything worked for us for a short stay.

Although the neighbourhood is not great, it's walking distance to the center which was very convenient. It was easy to find parking places close to the hotel. The ladies at the reception were super nice, friendly and gave us some nice tips. The room was confortable, a/c was not noisy and the beds were very good. Definitely recommended! The breakfast was also very good (3* hotel including fresh orange juice, amazing)! Definitely recommended!

Although the breakfast was overall very good, the quality of bread and ham could be better.

The hotel is located at walking distance from the beach and the old town and in a quiet area. It looks still a bit new in some areas and the rooms and balcony are spacious enough for a couple. At breakfast there is good variance. And the best is the host that always receives you with a smile and willing to help you.

The shower can sometimes change of temperature. Not a big deal, as the pressure is always good.

Location was very convenient close to the Venetian port. It’s a 20 minute cab ride from the airport. Their breakfast was very good with many delicious pastries and savoury baked goods to choose from. The staff were very helpful in arranging cabs, reserving restaurants and providing any other information we needed.

A/C in the room wasn’t circulating enough and my partner couldn’t get a good nights sleep without switching to the other side. Finding free street parking next to the hotel is difficult. We had to use the paid parking next to the hotel which costs 10€ for the whole day. You may be asked to leave your keys in the car when you drop off the car there which we found a bit odd but it was all good in the end.

Great overall experience. Hotel is almost new and maintained to a high standard. Cleaning is excellent. Our first impression was positive with a friendly welcome by the manager at reception. Excellent English and a sense of humour helped answer our questions and get us settled quickly into our room. A request for extra pillows was met immediately. The breakfast was very good and included several local specialities and fresh pastries. Location is good with shops, harbour, main bus station and some excellent restaurants within a short walk. Wifi worked flawlessly.

It's hard to fault anything, rooms have been designed with travellers in mind and contain everything needed including comfortable beds, good linen even fluffy dressing gowns

The breakfast was fantastic, and the room cleaners did a great job every day. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is obviously quite new, and very tastefully decorated. The location was excellent - handy for the old town and the harbour, while being far enough away from the bustle to be peaceful. Loved being able to sit out on the balcony as the sun came up.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Everything was super nice! It is a small hotel close to the centre of Chania but also a bit out form the main streets with lots of people (more quiet). Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good. The lady working at the reception was really nice and hospitable - she really made sure we are feeling ok, asked us if we need anything else, etc.

Everything! Super clean, comfy (great mattress and pillow, slept great), also very close to the the bus station and a mere 5-7 minutes walk from the historical center. And the staff was very helpful! Also the breakfast was very good. Will come back. Efharisto poli!
