Our stay was great. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from the old town/ port area, and we were also able to get around to all our tours outside Chania. Rooms were nice and clean, and we had a really good breakfast too. The staff were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. There is always someone at the reception area ready to help with a smile. They were very accommodating, and made sure we had the best time possible. I had a late flight and was unable to keep my room later than checkout, but they held my bags and provided me access to use a shower, and even provided me with towels and toiletries. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if i'm ever back in Chania!

The rooms are large and closet space is wide and well organized. The rooms are super clean, the cleaning lady leaves a great room after, supplies such as shower gel, shampoo are regularly provided. The location is great, close to old town. Breakfast is enough. The receptionists are welcoming, especially Vasilis helped us a lot, gave us great tips and was very friendly. Many thanks to him again.

The music in breakfast space is a bit loud, can be annoying for some people, but this can be easily improved.

The front desk were all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming no matter what time we would come into the property and the breakfast staff were amazing. They were also very friendly and helpful with great recommendations. The room was very nice, a lot of space, and great air conditioning. It was very clean and they provided water bottles every night in our fridge. The jacuzzi was clean and ready for use on arrival. Overall, we had a great experience.

The view is of the top of the next building, but the hotel is in the middle of town, so it’s to be expected.

Super friendly staff—genuinely welcoming without being over the top. They made us feel at home, and it was clear they treat everyone the same way. Honestly, these guys could be training other hospitality professionals on how the job should be done. The location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the old town. Parking on-site was a big plus for us. Breakfast wasn’t a huge buffet, but everything offered was substantial, fresh, and more than adequatel

My room's toiles had an unpleasant odor. That was not the case with my kids' room though , so I guess not a generic thing.

Booked last minute, and Epavli Grace Hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff was incredibly accommodating—holding my luggage at check-in and giving me a full tour once my room was ready. My room had a patio, jacuzzi, air conditioning, and even a fan. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and a joy to talk to. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a 10 min walk from the main touristy areas such as the port, which means it is very quiet at night. The room was always very clean. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. Everyday the towels and amenities were renowned. The manager (Joana) was very kind, always looking to help us with anything we asked! The partnership with the parking lot near the hotel is very convenient. Everyday we had 4 water bottles with fresh water on the minibar - that was really useful and thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it!

The room has a light coming up in the morning, but this is something you can solve with a sleeping mask.

They have a 24/7 reception desk which is very convenient. Check in and check out were very fast. We were greeted by Ioanna which was very helpful and accommodating. She gave us all the information about the hotel, the room and the facilities. The hotel is new and very clean. The room itself is very spacious and has a lot of light. The breakfast was very good, from 8 to 11. The boys at the bar make great coffee. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is great because it is a 6 minute walk to KTEL, where you can take the bus to any destination you want to visit (elafonisi, falassarna, kissamos port to take a ferry to Balos). It is also a 15 minute walk to the Venetian port and 3-10 minutes walk to all shops, local and chains. So the location is really prime. Finally, the hotel has the sweetest visitor, a cat which we called Grace. She is the sweetest and most graceful girl we've met in Chania!

This is not a disadvantage but rather a suggestion: Add at least one suitcase table to each room because now the suitcase can only be placed on the floor. Picking up clothes this way is not very convenient. Differentiate the breakfast throughout the week. Change at least one of the options. Personally I would like to have more vegetables.

What a delightful surprise situated within walking distance to old town and the beaches. The furnishings were modern with clean lines and the stunning finishes enhanced the experience The bedroom and bathroom were spacious with excellent toiletries. The bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep . The breakfast was excellent and the staff were most kind helpful and efficient. I would recommend Epavli highly. A perfect spot to stay for short or long stays.

Perfect location, walking distance to everywhere but not loud. Spotlessly clean. Parking they work with is really trustworthy and acts more as a valet, you can pick up your car and drop back again whenever you want. Staff are really nice, they made great recommendations for our daily excursions.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. I want to give a special shout out to Joanna, Bill, George and Helena who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay a perfect one. They we're courteous, attentive and generally care about their guests. We also fell in love with Belita (We called her Shelley) the cat who lives by the hotel. She is beautiful and we hope she gets to stay safe. We will be back.

One lady on reception (Older lady) was rude which was the only fault on an otherwise perfect stay. She is the only one, all other staff members are amazing.
