The hotel was located in the historic town in a busy and noisy area, but inside the rooms it was not noisy at all. The beds were comfortable and we had lovely housekeeping services. The staff was nice and available both in the hotel and via chat.

The only thing that I didn’t like about this was that the hotel was advertised to have a sea view but it was not near the water at all. Our room had a view of the neighbouring buildings and a bit of the mountain. Also the rooms on the pictures were much bigger and pictures of the cheapest rooms are not available on booking. I also found it funny that the wardrobe was in the bathroom, so we didn’t use it.

The lady on the reception was friendly.the room clean and spacious. With windows facing the shopping stores.

The TV did not have the ability to show German channels or any foreign. The lady from the reception made sure that the technician came. I was only 2 nights there and the first evening I had to deal with receptionist than technician.The 2 evening I gave up as I was told it would work and I couldn't make it work I did not ask for further help. I rather wanted peace. I did not get any compensation or anything making me feel a bit better. As I travel alone and I pay for 2 which is common I expected to get my4 towels replaced as I needed it for some reason. But no I did not.

Excellent location in the old town. Good choice at breakfast with lots of local products. Rooms above restaurants but once in room you can’t hear street noise Lovely touch adding slippers and dressing gown Bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, toothbrush and paste, body lotion and small other accessories … really provided for over and above

I could not understand why they only provide 1 small water and 1 coffee pod per person per stay then you pay EUR1 pp for each. After providing all of the above, the cost to the company would probably be less than EUR2 per day. One tiny thing on a personal note .. I had a birthday whilst there… hotel advised .. had passport info … cards on display in room .. no greeting from reception or any acknowledgment… not needed by me really but it would make a lot of people very happy on a special day and costs nothing to be nice

Everything was perfect! It's just 2 min from the old port in a very quiet neighbourhood. This hotel offers a fantastic stay. The rooms are thoughtfully prepared, with all the amenities you might need and a delightful balcony view. Very spacious bathroom with rain shower, it was a little slippery in the shower so a hand rail would be good (for us eldery people!) The cleanliness throughout the property is impressive, the buffet breakfast was fantastic, and the friendly staff make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect

Perfect location for our purpose, in the heart of the old town surrounded by wonderful little souvenir shops but close enough to the main town. The picturesque and famous old harbour of Chania is just down the street from the hotel for either a stroll through the small old town alleys or for a meal or coffee throughout the day in one of the numerous cafe/restaurants in the port. A modern yet ‘home away from home’ feel throughout the hotel with lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Top floor harbour views absolutely breathtaking! Rooms, clean, well kept with comfortable beds. We’ll definitely be staying there again in the future.

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious on the cozy first floor. The place is centrally located and comfortable. There is a lively atmosphere around the hotel, and the balcony on the fifth floor offers a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Everything was excellent, but the refrigerator was a bit too loud, something is definitely wrong with it and it needs to be checked.

Right in the heart of old town- minutes from everything I wanted to do see. Room- gorgeous, clean, modern. Staff- responsive, kind, helpful. Breakfast that was included had everything you could want. Also, I booked a phenomenal day trip that was way more affordable than I was imagining! They trip concierge followed up with me to make sure I was enjoying. All good things to say about this hotel!

Not a dislike but it is in the town so you can hear voices or people singing, enjoying themselves and the cathedral bells. But I found most street noise died down by 11 pm so personally it wasn’t an issue.

The hotel is located in the center, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is ok for us.

Communication with the person at the reception. We did not receive any recommendations or advice for Chania and for booking transportation back to the airport, they told us that we could book on that day, having a flight in the evening, and in the morning when we went to book, they told us that they no longer had availability and also the did not give us any other solutions, so we asked if there was a bus and where we could take it.

availability of a coffee/tea machine in the small lounge area.........very useful for guests waiting for say late flight home

The location, the decor, the overall appearance. The extras left for Valentine Day was a nice thought. The breakfast was plenty of choice and was constantly being renewed.

Our aircon was not working correctly and it was cold outside. We reported it and within half an hour the mechanic came. It then worked for a couple of hours until we went out and obviously it went off. We couldn't get it warm again on getting back in. We just went to bed and decided we were only staying the one night.
