Friendly greeting on arrival. The suites are one block away from the old port so very central, yet there is not too much outside noise. Nice decor. Clean, spacious, and modern. Well equipped kitchenette. Good wifi, bed, TV. Large sofa with plenty of cushions. Good sized dining table. Excellent shower. We had good natural light.

While the apartment had a nice decor there were some annoying little things like cupboard and other doors that were tricky to open and/or close. The kitchen sink was poorly designed. A tea towel provided was very smelly. (We didn't use it.) The heater was noisy when we had to use it. There was no hot water on our last night. The bathroom basin is set on a timber top that is marked by spilt water. The blinds did not keep out the morning sun. While the general area was surprisingly quiet despite the number of tourists in town, someone in the complex actually had a dog that had an annoying bark. That detracted from the experience.

What a fabulous place. My family and I have stayed there on 3 occasions and make it our preferred accommodation when visiting Crete. Clean modern rooms, tastefully and individually decorated; very comfortable. Lovely hosts who make you feel welcome. What a location! One block from the superb Old Port marina but at night, so quiet you can relax. Close enough to walk to breakfast at one of the many cafes hugging the harbour and check out the yachties berthed as they take a break from their Mediterranean cruises. Sunset over the old Venetion (?) lighthouse wow! Thank you once again Lithion. Dimitrios (with the cowboy hat 🤠) On a previous trip in '23, we rented a car and Lithion was able accommodate parking right outside the entrance.

As always it came time to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at Lithinon Luxury Suites! The host warmly welcomed me and my husband, helped us with our bags, and showed us around, even sharing great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service, keeping everything fresh during our stay. All the staff were friendly and welcoming at any time of day, and parking was convenient, making it easy for us to come and go as we explored. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

We had a magnificent stay! The attention we received was truly outstanding — from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and breakfast spots that made our experience even better. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully prepared, and we appreciated the extra touches — like beach towels — which showed how attentive they were to our needs. The room itself was spacious, bright, and incredibly comfortable. It’s the kind of place we’d wholeheartedly recommend to friends, and if we ever get the chance to return, we would absolutely stay here again.

If we had to mention anything — just to be thorough — we’d say the room wasn’t quite dark enough in the morning. It’s a small detail, easily solved with a sleep mask. Also, we weren’t sure how to sync the TV, but these are minor things that in no way should stop anyone from staying in such a wonderful place.

1. The location was amazing. A few steps to the picturesque lively port yet on the quiet street. LOTS of restaurants and taverns around. 2. The free parking was very convenient. We had a rental car and didn't have to worry where to park. 3. The room. We had Room A2. It was a comfortable suite that included a huge bedroom with king size bed and three large windows facing the mountains in the distance; very spacious bathroom and sitting area with a kitchenette. 4. The owners were very friendly and attentive.

The hotel doesn't offer laundry facilities but we used laundromat only a couple minutes away that offers same day service.

The apartment is perfect to explore Chania. Everything is in walking distance. It is a quiet area in the evening, so you can sleep well. The free parking spot is very nice when you travel by car. Our host was very responsive. The kitchen has a basic equipment for a small breakfast and having coffee in the morning. Would not recommend cooking there but as you have plenty of nice options around the corner that's not a problem The "shared veranda" is in the center of four rooms that share it. When we stayed there we were the only ones, so it was quiet. I can imagine when the hotel is fully booked it can be a bit noisy when people make use of the veranda. Of course this depends on the guests. I would recommend the apartment for a city trip.

This was one of the best accomodations i have ever had! Spotless clean, spacious and cosy stylish room, great location right in the center and the bestest and friendliest hosts I have ever met! They assisted us with everything, parking, towels, recommendations for places to visit, and very important provided us with their amazing energy which boosted our trip even more. I loved my stay there and i 100% recommend it!

Friendly welcome and very helpful advice. Excellent standard of accommodation for a very reasonable price. Very central but also peaceful and quiet. Extremely clean and well maintained with everything you could need for a short stay. Free parking despite having to bring a larger vehicle than originally planned. Private roof terrace which was a very pleasant surprise. 2mins walk from the harbour and great shops, bars & restaurants.

Be aware that streets are very narrow and parking restricted - we were in a people carrier so not easy to park but property staff very helpful.

Everything was great. Katerina in particular is a gem and a treasure to the owner of the property who was also very warm and welcoming. Katerina went above and beyond to ensure our visit to Crete was perfect and it was. Katerina and Giannis hospitality were exceptional. The property is centrally located near town square but far enough away from the usual commotion of tourists. The apartment was large and newly renovated with a useful kitchenette. The shower was excellent. It was clean and well kept during our stay. Did I mention how wonderful Katerina is?
