We were upgraded to the "Honeymoon Suite", with loads of space, and a lovely big veranda with views over the harbour. The staff were very helpful with recommending restaurants (which turned out to be very good) and with making reservations/booking transport. It would be hard to beat the location of this hotel, overlooking the harbour, with the best restaurants very near by.

Well you can't park at the hotel, but that's not something they cannot control, and we still managed to park for free fairly nearby.

The property is in an ideal location and Maria at the reception is exceptionally nice she was very helpful and accommodating. When we came there was some trouble with our shutters in one room and there was no blinds so the light would come in early morning, therefore they gave us many alternative options and we were very pleased in the end.

The main windows sometimes didn’t have blinds They don’t have a communal lounging area which is out of the heat, also no swimming pool etc

This is not the first time I am staying at Ambassadors hotel and this is the reason why: Everything was amazing once again, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Trying their best to accommodate their guests. The hotel is located at the old port of the town and it is always nice to have a stroll around and be amazed by the beauty of the scenery. The room was clean and tidy, as well as, with beautiful aesthetic. Once again, we would choose Ambassadors hotel for our stay in Chania town.

The location and views were stunning. The hotel is located on a quieter corner of town with a beautiful view of the Old Venetian Harbor. The reception staff were very professional, helpful, and accommodating. Based on availability, the hotel upgraded my room (for free) to the master suite overlooking the harbor! This was such an appreciated surprise and totally unexpected. 10/10 experience from price, customer service, cleanliness, and location!

The room we stayed was amazing. The perfect view facing the old port and the lighthouse. The bed was comfortable and the architecture of the building was exquisite. We felt welcome and Maria at the reception was very helpful and polite. She suggested all the good local restaurants for dining out, cute little cafes and rooftop cocktail bars. We would definitely visit the beautiful town of Chania again and choose to stay at the Ambassador’s Residence Boutique Hotel.

We like the most the positive and professional attitude of the staff especially Maria. She was so helpful, always smiling and ready to go the extra mile to ensure that we r happy The room are very spacious and clean Good location. The scenery from the room is lovely

We reached the hotel at 1 am no guardian to help in the luggage. Even when we Check out Maria was kind enough to help us with our luggages since the guardian was not available. The problem with hotel that no car can reach the lobby of the hotel. I believe the hotel shall inform the client on website that they can arrange a taxi for their guests that can help them reach the hotel in a friendly way. Because we got a taxi that is not familiar with the hotel he dropped us on a road far and we had to go downstairs to the hotel by stairs with luggage’s 🥲.

Ambassadors is a stunning boutique hotel with incredible location and views of the Chania harbor and lighthouse. In the middle of it all, but just off the fray of the busy central harbour, we walked everywhere in literally minutes. Waking up each morning and seeing the port was spectacularly beautiful. The rooms were generous, modern and designed with such care and style - taking the rustic warm of the original building and giving it every modern convenience. One of my favorite hotel stays of all time. The team was super responsive and they were fabulous at getting us just the most exceptional dining reservations and a fabulous private hire boat guide to explore Balos Beach, who ended up spearfishing for our lunch and giving us the most extraordinary experience. Also not to be forgotten, the breakfast was wonderful in the harbor area just below the hotel.

The team was super responsive but the hot tub on our patio, was hot as requested but really needed better instructions and a cover to keep the heat in and the bird droppings out. I'm sure they will resolve this easily.

This quaint boutique hotel was perfect for my family and me when traveling to Chania. It is located on the water with beautiful views just a short walk to Old Town. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. They gave us beach recommendations, helped arrange transportation for us to get there, and let us borrow beach towels. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. We only had a couple of nights here but we wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms are beautiful designed and decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the robes!! The robes are the absolute best. So comfy to lounge in after a long day of walking.

I absolutely loved this property! One thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps here. They do have a very small elevator shaft in case you need to bring up luggage but otherwise you will be walking very steep steps up to your room.

We came for the hot tub! Great location, gorgeous views, clean and comfortable, nice toiletries, great to enjoy the spa with the views, wonderful and friendly staff!

no screens on windows or doors so with fresh air came flies and mosquitoes; odd multiple levels within the room that aren’t highlighted/makes it challenging to navigate to the bathroom during the night (maybe just put some glow tape on the step?); the spa was cold/not ready when we arrived and we had to wait until the next day when was warm enough to get in, also no top/cover to keep the warmth in so the heat was always evaporating (never really hot enough) and the open spa attracted birds all weekend which would poop along the sides of the spa - a cover or even a water bib would solve both those issues; loud and jarring construction noises (drilling?) at 0830 Sunday morning disturbed the chill vibe
