Location. Spacious comfortable space with a separate bathroom area that was huge. The shower stall was the best we have encountered in our 14 day stay 4 hotels in Greece. I will miss that shower. It was large, with a shower door and a rainfall shower head. There was a wash and dry 3 minute walk away and lots of restaurants , supermarkets etc nearby

Keypad for outer door - anyone can figure out the code as those are the keys that are worn You have to put on the light to go up and down the stairs but the light is on a timer. Once I was going down the steps and the light went off and I missed a step and tripped There were a few things that needed maintenance but once brought to the attention of management they were rectified Would have been nice to have some guidance / instructions on the operation of coffee maker, stove

Proximity to everything Great wifi Spotlessly clean.

Disappointing in customer service. We received our entry instructions by message. There was no one to greet you. No welcome. When we left we just left. No one to hand keys to. Nothing. As we were on semi floor we didn't realise the elevator went there for a few days. Only discovered when the lovely cleaner Frosso told me. We went to her when we had questions. She's a credit to that company.

Highly recommended Hotel and perhaps the most beautiful and well appointed Hotel in Chania. The place exceeded my expectations. Out of the 10 years I have been in Crete, this Hotel, their service, its location and decor are far above what I have ever experienced in Crete. The hotel is next level and I can only recommend this place to everyone if you want a private and beautiful place to stay. The place deserves + five stars, both for its style and extremely competent staff. I will be back and Avra ​​is from now on the only place I will stay on my trips to Chania.

Nothing, all was beyond perfect..

We stayed in the large two bedroom two bathroom apartment and it was fabulous. We all had a little spaces when we needed it but we’re able to come together in the lounge area when we wanted to be together. We did spend most of our time outdoors, however, there were days but we would just wanted to lie around Which we did comfortably.

When we stayed in the Ariadne apartment, there was a particular smell in the room. We spoke to the lady who would clean and she reported it to the house. They did sort it out temporarily. The shower was also blocked and it was filling up with water each time we had a shower.the lady the clean was amazing. The host weren’t necessarily very responsive. I would text them and they will take a really long time to respond. One time they change the passcode at the front door and we couldn’t get in. I texted them and they didn’t respond until a little while later. Luckily there was somebody coming out and they told us what the code was..

Beautiful room is really high quality, with an amazing bed and a lovely bathroom. As Brits, we appreciated the kettle, tea, and milk in the morning. Splendid location on the Venetian Harbour with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Our room was at the back of the property and hence really quiet, even on a buzzing Chania Saturday night!

The key pad and instructions on arrival were perfect, but no automatic lights in hallway. Maybe someone switched them off?

Beautiful and spacious modern Pasiphae Apartment with incredible Port/sunset views. We used the complimentary facilities at the sister Avra Hotel Imperial for pools and steam/sauna/ jacuzzi. Excellent Avra Imperial hotel, however need to pay for your transfers around 30 minutes drive from Avra Venetian. Location is perfect.

Breakfast a good 15 minute walk

This apartment was absolutely beautiful. Modern with all the amenities you could want. You’re so close to old town with amazing restaurants and shops within minutes from you. The facilities at the city hotel that provides breakfast were amazing. We also spent two days and their resort and spa which you get free access to. Genuinely an incredible experience!!

Beautiful & spacious. 2 level property with everything we needed as a family of 5. Location was great. Beautiful views from private balcony.

The clean, spacious room with great location was a great Accommodation for our stay in Chania.

No expreso machine

Great location and very clean and modern. Huge shower, comfortable bed, small refrigerator and stove top to make snacks. great location for restaurants, walking, boat tours, diving, etc.

The advertisement picture with the balcony is misleading. It appears that only 2 of the 6 or 8 apartments in the building actually have that balcony view. There's no real good swimming beach close by. Had to walk 20 minutes to the west to Nea Chora to go for a swim. We were advised not to swim at Koum Kapi beach.
