The apartment is located in perfect location. The view is beautiful. Air conditioner works well as it is necessary during summer, the staff was friendly, beds were comfy 3)

The shower is so small. So there isnt any space when showering and its hard to move. Also have to be very careful with the amount of water u use cause othervise all washroom is one big puddle. And the thing that annoyed the most is the lack of privacy. In the hall you can hear everything people are doing/talking inside the rooms cause the doors dont have any isolation at all. Also - room cleaning. Its nice, but when people are on wacation - in our case honeymoon - you dont want a cleaning lady trying to unlock your door early in the morning. There were some times that it was only after 9 and someone is trying to unlock your door so we had to keep the key inside all the time as there are no things tou can leave on door if you want/dont want cleaning etc.

Comfortable bed, nice scenic view of the sea and fort from the balcony. Central but yet not too central location, thus not that noisy. There is a free parking right next to the hotel. It’s located right above a lot of nice restaurants, you can have breakfast/lunch ect. at. Budget friendly. Helpful staff - we had a problem entering the building upon arriving, hat to call the hosts - they answered right away and were helpful despite of the late hour. There are a lot of stairs to overcome to your room (like almost everywhere in Crete..) but! not like most properties there was a small but functional elevator you could use for your luggage! So that is a plus!

Really small facilities overall. It’s nice for staying just a couple of days. If you aren’t traveling light you might have to store your luggage on the balcony. Not many storage options. The bathroom could use some improvements.

Good communication for the get go! Free parking 30m away. Key code and key box on arrival. THERE'S A LIFT!! Cafe/bar on ground floor. Very popular. Coffee is excellent. Excellent location. 5-10 mins walk from all the restaurants etc. The room we had 312 had a balcony and sea view. Room was clean, had tea coffee and shower gels etc. Fridge, kettle.

The room was small and the toilet/shower was really a wet room with a curtain that achieved nothing more than sticking to me. All spotlessly clean though. The bed was a standard double, comfortable with firm pillows.

Amazing location and very clean room. Despite the tiniest size of room, it was very clean and had a very nice view. Self check in is also very simple. Location is amazing as it is very close to the historical center, but far enough from noisy night life. Breakfast was included in the room price and was held in the nearby restaurant, it was pretty simple, but very good.

The size of the room is really small, but, you can deal with it because of the amazing location)) And parking is pretty challenging to find as it is very close to the historic center and there are a lot of people coming here. Otherwise it is great value for money and i would really recommend it.

The location is perfect. Apartment is bright, comfortable and cosy. Balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast was very good with national taste and much to choose from. And you can have your meal outside while looking to the sea and bay. There is a big free parking lot just next to the hotel. I would love to come back!

There was no hot water late in the evening and early in the morning.

We have stayed many times. We always book a room with a balcony and sea view. The staff who run the bar downstairs are extremely friendly and helpful. The view/location are both perfect.

There has been an ongoing problem over the last couple of years with a lack of tea/coffee/milk etc in the room. Unfortunately, the Hotel has none of its own staff on site so we have to ask for more supplies from the bar downstairs which is operated by a different company. There does not seem to be any agreement with the bar owners to provide supplies for the rooms.

Beautiful room with a wonderful view over the sea

The room was a little cramped, but this was compensated for by the location. The real downside was the very unfriendly treatment we received at the hands of the staff (esp the manager) of the cafe downstairs who were supposed to serve us breakfast. They were all shirty because we arrived 5 mins after 10. Also, room instructions (such as breakfast times) are provided with one illegible hand-written note taped inside the back entrance to the hotel. Without the help of the friendly girl in the cafe the evening we arrived (rather different from her colleagues the next morning) we wouldn’t have known how to access the room.

The place!! The price!! Totally worth every penny! It was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking to wake up to that beautiful view from the balcony! The staff was really nice! The owner(manager) was absolutely nice and helped us with our bookings and with renting a car. The lady that cleans the rooms was absolutely cute as well! Thanks a lot for everything we loved it!

The small downside was that the room was really small and the shower was just for standing and not really taking a shower and after the shower all water was everywhere. Also after cleaning there was a bit of a weird smell coming from the toilet, probably problems with the sewerage but in general it was not that visible since we didn’t even spend most of our time in the room.

What a wonderful place to say: so close to the small boat port and the old town. The b and b is right on the ocean with plenty of restaurants right on your doorstep. We were concerned about the noise from these restaurants but the windows and doors to the balcony were soundproof. There was a good choice of food for breakfast.

Really minor (even picky) but if you wanted a second coffee/tea you had to pay for it. Guess I’m used to the endless cup of coffee for one price in the US. Not being smokers, we had people smoking on the balcony next to us and it really is unpleasant to have to put up with it.

The hotel is outside the walls of Chania, next to the port. It had a small balcony with a good view over the sea. It is a compact room but there is a breakfast café downstairs and a good bar next door. The was no problem of noise. To check-in , we were given the pass-code of a secure box outside the front-door, in which was our room key - so there was no face-to-face communication with the host.

The door between the the bathroom and the bedroom is in glass and in not soundproof so make sure that know well the person you share the room with because nothing is left to the imagination. The actual bedroom was smaller than I was expecting for the price I paid
