Lots of space, good location near to Chania Old Town, beds comfortable with nice small balcony, mini kitchen and spacious bathroom. Towels and toilet roll were replaced which was great. Staff very friendly and it was a good base for Chania!

Accommodation itself and staff both great! Only let down was that the walls are *extremely* thin and we could hear people walking outside or in other rooms as though they were in the same room as us. It also meant we didn’t watch TV or socialise in evenings because it would’ve been really disruptive to others in nearby rooms. I would only consider this if you plan on being very quiet and you’re a really deep sleeper!

We stayed in the family apartment (2 double beds + sofa bed). The apartment was clean when we came in and was cleaned every day. It had all the amenities we needed, like a mini fridge, iron, hair dryer, wifi, AC, etc. The location is very good especially if you want to rent a car because it is close to a big free public car park (5 min walk) and close to the Old town center (10-15 min walk). The lady at the reception was very helpful for all our needs.

Great location, close to the port, restaurants, shops and gift shops. The Saturday market with local specialties around the corner is great. Clean and tidy, towels changed every two or three days which was great. Our two-bedroom apartment was large enough for four people. The air conditioning works, which helps you rest and sleep well. We recommend it to everyone and we will come back.

None of the four of us had any bad experiences at our Deluxe Hotel .

Excellent service, the reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist was superb. Excellent location, 5 minute walk into the shopping area of the old town, 5 minutes to the old Venetian harbour for all the restaurants and bars (the more touristy venues), 2 minutes to the lovely local harbour ( we found this more locals than tourists) with the relaxing bars and cafes. Then a nice slow walk back to the hotel to relax. We will use this hotel again.

Couldn’t find any fault.

It was clean and new. The cleaning staff were obliging and friendly. It is located very close to the outdoor theatre and the stadium, so convenient when going to events there. It’s also walking distance to the shops, old port, bars and restaurants. The fabulous growers’ market is just there every Saturday.

Minor touches one would expect from a ‘deluxe’ hotel in this price range were missing. For example there was no sink in the ‘kitchenette’, no milk for tea and the tea run out after a day. The toiletry supplies were meagre or not existent. The super vischy shower is incorrectly located, so that the water always sprays out if the shower recess. No big deal, just not deluxe as marketed. The reception is in a separate building, so not much communication with staff. My room was on the ground floor, with it’s only window at street level. I felt exposed as it lacked privacy, so kept it permanently closed, blinds down, lights on.

Location is great.. easy access to everything by foot.. great bars and cafes nearby.. stuff was very friendly and helpful..Our room was cleaned everyday which was very convenient.

Only concern was the parking place. There’s just few parking spots and most of the time it was unavailable.

It was a lovely little apartment, well situated and with a very nice shower. It perfectly suited our needs. The staff were kind and friendly.

It would have been lovely to have a small coffee machine.

The rooms were located in a very good spot, near the old town (15 min). Also they look exactly like the photos. The stuff was very nice to us and helped us with everything we asked.

The towels were not changed after 2 days, even though the stuff said that it will be changed, so we have to asked for it and eventually they were changed. Also there was some spots in the bathroom that was not cleand (some spider web) and the dust on some furniture was not cleaned.

hotel was spot on great location just behind the old port easy proximity to town centre less than 5 mins walk , room cleaned and serviced daily , fridge with free bottles of water , the best shower I’ve ever used

very minor when I checked out at 10am reception was closed so couldn’t store my bag for the couple of hours before taxi , came back at half 11 reception open and couldn’t be more helpful

The lovely room is nicely furnished, has a wonderful bathroom, and even some extras like a fridge, a kettle, an iron, and a bath robe as well as some hygenic products. It was very clean. The hotel had a perfect location in our view: Right in front of all those beautiful little alleys of the Old Town of Chania, through which we were at the venetian harbour in a few minutes by foot. Despite the central location, it wasn't a load area. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and nice.

The AC was working fine, we just wished we could have done changes in temperature for example. If already making an iron available, an ironing board would've been nice. But those are just little things :)
