The welcome from reception. Dora was wonderful. Very personable and friendly. George is great! The hotel is really lovely, with a beautiful courtyard and a stunning reception area. Our room was bright and airy, with large windows looking out to the harbour and sea. Handy little kitchenette. Bedroom is partitioned off to give the 'suites' feel. Very good air con. The roof terrace is amazing with almost 360 degree views of the harbour, sea and mountains behind. Sunsets! The location is excellent, right in the centre but set back enough to give a tranquil space after a day out.

Beautiful, coz, and well-maintained boutique hotel in Chania's Old Town. The whole harbor is easily walkable from the hotel, and the front desk.is very helpful with restaurant recommendations and other information. The breakfast terrace was a delight with its panoramic view of the old harbour. The breakfast buffet includes pastries, cereals, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruits,, scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon and small sausages. A lovely place to stay in Chania.

There is no lift so you will need to take your luggage up stairs - the front desk will help you if you need it.

The accommodation was amazing along with our hosts who were always happy to answer any questions and make recommendations to great places to see and where to eat. The apartment was spacious, clean, airy, and bright and we had a gorgeous view of the Old Town and the harbour from the windows and the balcony. The view of the sun set was spectacular! The bathroom is spacious and there is water pressure. The location is perfect as there is atmosphere around but it doesn't affect the quietness and calmness of the rooms. There were restaurants and shops literally outside our apartment, there was also dry cleaning available just around the corner along with a mini-mart. It is a 20 minute walk to Nea Chora beach and a 10 minute walk to the KTEL bus station. There is a terrace where breakfast is served and the views of the harbour are spectacular. It is a great place to stay, you don't need a car as everything is within walking distance along with transport access, and will return!

A suggestion would be to maybe get a bigger frying pan to cater for more guests during breakfast.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Always cheerful and willing to help. The breakfast was nice and you can't beat the view of the rooftop where it is served. Eve and Elena (spelling? for housekeeper's name) were so kind. Location is good, but at first seems like it's in an alley, but you'll find it's not scary.

Softer pillows would be good. Our necks hurt from the firmness of the pillows. There aren't any shades or blinds on the windows, so the bright sun would beam through in the morning, waking us. Coffee wasn't hot, but it wasn't hot anywhere on Crete.

George at the front desk was very helpful. He had a parking space for us and helped direct our son into it and even helped carry our bags. He was also helpful with restaurant recommendations and info about where to exchange money. There was an attractive courtyard inside the front entrance which our mini-apartment opened onto and it was very pleasant to sit at the table outside our door. We were pleasantly surprised by the rooftop patio overlooking the harbor where we enjoyed breakfasts and late evening wine.

Breakfast was lovely but the eggs were not hot.

Pandora Suites is a lovely hotel in a great location right off the Venetian Harbour in Chania. Its courtyard is a beautiful oasis of tranquility with tables and chairs nestled amongst the potted plants. The room was spacious and efficient with every comfort available. The high ceilings helped keep the cool air in and the windows and shutters were great for sleeping and keeping the heat out. The rooftop breakfast had a nice array of food with a very friendly and helpful attendant. The views overlooking the harbour and the sea beyond were perfect for waking up to.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Out of their hands was the construction in the adjacent building that started early in the morning.

The location and views of the Old Port from our room and rooftop were amazing. So many shops and restaurants were nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and clean with mini kitchen, table/chairs and couch provided. Only 10min walk to bus station to catch bus for some beautiful beaches about 15mins away (Golden Beach and Sunset Beach).

No TV in the room or property. Breakfast buffet was a bit limited especially if you arrived after opening time. Need to provide a commercial toaster as domestic toaster was not sufficient for the number of guests.

The view was stunning and the location ideal for everyone wishing to explore Chania. The building is superbly decorated, the service impeccable, the breakfast terrace beautiful and the breakfast itself satisfying.

Some days the patrons of some clubs at the harbour can be quite loud, and could disturb sleep despite closing the windows, the curtains and the interior doors. We are grateful to management for facilitating us to change rooms for our second night in order to avoid the noise.

Absolutely superb views over the harbour. Spaciousess of room. Beautiful first impressions. Pretty courtyard and roof terrace where breakfast is served. Great location, right in the Old Town. George and ALL the other staff were so helpful and friendly.

Virtually nothing. Parking all over the town can be difficult but George on reception went out of his way to organise us a space right outside the hotel. We would have liked a little more hanging space, though if your stay is short ( a few days or one week) the single wardrobe would be ok. There is plenty of other storage though.

What a spectacular location! 50 metres from the harbour, and the roof terrace and some rooms have a view right over it. The interior decoration is done with great care. Reception and cleaners were around during the day and (I think) even into the evening. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast on the roof is a real treat, looking over that view. It feels like a boutique hotel. We were so happy to stay here. The garden suite has 2 separate rooms and a little kitchen area, plus an outdoor table in the courtyard, but it doesn't have a view.

Beats from nearby bars filtered in until midnight, but it's not that loud. The bathroom has everything you need, but its not as luxe as the rest of the hotel.
