We had a wonderful stay in the spacious and comfortable apartment. From the apartment, it was easy to access the old town either by car or bus, making it convenient for exploring the area. The ladies working there were incredibly friendly, adding a personal touch to our stay. The room was always immaculate, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would also like to extend our gratitude for arranging the acceptance of our delayed suitcase and for the complimentary breakfast provided. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality and making my stay truly memorable.

The roof top is amazing! My only wish here was to have a lounger to relax :)

Clean, well designed, great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Great amount of wall sockets! Easy to check in and out. Lots of space and storage. Staff helped and replied quickly.

It could have been clearer when booking what was actually in our room. It was listed as having a spa bath and a hot tub where it actually only had a spa bath. We were then transferred to a smaller, cheaper room which was frustrating as it felt like a waste of a lot of money. The view from the hot tub on the balcony led to houses that had lots of residents and children so ultimately it felt too uncomfortable to use it. The view from the other room was just a road.

It is a big studio apt. The guy Yoesph met us at the door and explained everything and allowed us an early check in. He also gave us great recommendations for beaches and food. The bed is perfect and 6 pillows ! I love that. The hot tub was great and at night you could see stars. The breakfast choices were too many and so the next day I just asked for 1/2 of the stuff. The internet was high speed. It is NOT downtown and we like that and the walk to the harbor was 30-40 minutes. Totally safe & he has free parking and my car was right outside

Stunning accomodation, all is brand new and modern, perfectly clean and with great hosts! The place is just a bit out of the old city on a quiet street equipped with everything you might need, super safe and bonus the spa bath and closed parking. Could not reccomend more this place!!! Must try the breakfast also. Loved the chocolate croissant! The hosts did all they could and beyond! Bravo!

I really missed having a separate shower out of the spa bath, but that's just my personal preference.

We had booked a suite for 7 nights. The reception and everything else went without problems. The staff was very friendly. The room was really nice and bright and clean. The location in Chania is perfect to either walk to the port or also explore the island by rental car. It is also only about 15 minutes by car to Chania Airport. For the car there is an underground garage with direct access to the building. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to stay there again the next time we go on vacation in Crete.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, the room was spotlessly clean, the space was larger than we could have hoped for, and the price was very reasonable for the amenities we received. The breakfast provided every morning through a local restaurant was delicious, and more food than we could eat most mornings. The hotel was in a great location - easy access to anywhere we wanted to travel. Bonus to have indoor parking! Highly recommend!

Room was beautiful with plenty of outside space too. Vegan breakfast was great, really nice attention to detail. Staff were friendly and assisted us after a significant flight delay arriving, check in was smooth and fast. Cleaner was super sweet and friendly. Would recommend Noemie 100%

Only thing I can think of is perhaps leave some complimentary bottled water in fridge for comfort. We come from a country where it is not advisable to drink tap water and so having bottled water onsite would have been great. Nothing negative to say :)

We had a fantastic experience here! The room had everything (and more) that we needed, was cleaned to a great standard each day and the staff did all they could to guarantee us a comfortable and wonderful stay. They offered us a lovely breakfast service that included traditional food options for a very fair price which was very convenient and tasty! The jacuzzi was a great bonus!

Everything! This is a newly built hotel with everything that you need. It was super clean! The design is exactly how you see in their pictures provided. A kitchen to cook, Air-conditioning and a Jacuzzi on the balcony! The room was up to date with key less door entry. There's parking below in the basement. It's very safe and secure as everything works with a code or room card. The two brothers (owners) were very helpful and kind. Especially Iosif (because we had more contact). Attending to our every need/questions. The housekeeper was also super friendly and did an excellent job. Always smiling and was a little emotional when we left!!! We would highly recommend staying here. We will show off our pics of this brand new hotel!

Absolutely nothing, the location and staff/owners are excellent.

The location is close to Chania and the hotel is very clean and modern. The kitchen is great, just need to make sure the full amount of kitchen tools are available. I think it needed a spatula for example. Staff was very accommodating

Just a little noisy at night if on the side facing the street with the occasional motorbike. Heavy curtains may help with this for lighter sleepers. The breakfast from The Cafe was good, more sweets than we usually eat, so having more breakfast options / places to order from would be nice. A breakfast spread on the roof patio would be awesome but maybe tricky to do
