We had a wonderful stay in the spacious and comfortable apartment. From the apartment, it was easy to access the old town either by car or bus, making it convenient for exploring the area. The ladies working there were incredibly friendly, adding a personal touch to our stay. The room was always immaculate, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would also like to extend our gratitude for arranging the acceptance of our delayed suitcase and for the complimentary breakfast provided. Clean, well designed, great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Great amount of wall sockets! Easy to check in and out. Lots of space and storage. Staff helped and replied quickly.

It could have been clearer when booking what was actually in our room. It was listed as having a spa bath and a hot tub where it actually only had a spa bath. We were then transferred to a smaller, cheaper room which was frustrating as it felt like a waste of a lot of money. The view from the hot tub on the balcony led to houses that had lots of residents and children so ultimately it felt too uncomfortable to use it. The view from the other room was just a road.

It is a big studio apt. The guy Yoesph met us at the door and explained everything and allowed us an early check in. He also gave us great recommendations for beaches and food. The bed is perfect and 6 pillows ! I love that. The hot tub was great and at night you could see stars. The breakfast choices were too many and so the next day I just asked for 1/2 of the stuff. The internet was high speed. It is NOT downtown and we like that and the walk to the harbor was 30-40 minutes. Totally safe & he has free parking and my car was right outside

Stunning accomodation, all is brand new and modern, perfectly clean and with great hosts! The place is just a bit out of the old city on a quiet street equipped with everything you might need, super safe and bonus the spa bath and closed parking. Could not reccomend more this place!!! Must try the breakfast also. Loved the chocolate croissant! The hosts did all they could and beyond! Bravo!

I really missed having a separate shower out of the spa bath, but that's just my personal preference.

Everything was perfect. If I could say only one thing that is really minor is that cause it has a kitchen to cook it would be suitable to have a kitchen paper and salt pepper and olive oil that’s all but again is really minor. Everything was perfect

We had booked a suite for 7 nights. The reception and everything else went without problems. The staff was very friendly. The room was really nice and bright and clean. The location in Chania is perfect to either walk to the port or also explore the island by rental car. It is also only about 15 minutes by car to Chania Airport. For the car there is an underground garage with direct access to the building. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to stay there again the next time we go on vacation in Crete.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, the room was spotlessly clean, the space was larger than we could have hoped for, and the price was very reasonable for the amenities we received. The breakfast provided every morning through a local restaurant was delicious, and more food than we could eat most mornings. The hotel was in a great location - easy access to anywhere we wanted to travel. Bonus to have indoor parking! Highly recommend!

Room was beautiful with plenty of outside space too. Vegan breakfast was great, really nice attention to detail. Staff were friendly and assisted us after a significant flight delay arriving, check in was smooth and fast. Cleaner was super sweet and friendly. Would recommend Noemie 100%

Only thing I can think of is perhaps leave some complimentary bottled water in fridge for comfort. We come from a country where it is not advisable to drink tap water and so having bottled water onsite would have been great. Nothing negative to say :)

The crew and especially the cleaning crew. They were friendly and went above and beyond. The room was always clean and spotless. The facilities were also top notch!

We had a fantastic experience here! The room had everything (and more) that we needed, was cleaned to a great standard each day and the staff did all they could to guarantee us a comfortable and wonderful stay. They offered us a lovely breakfast service that included traditional food options for a very fair price which was very convenient and tasty! The jacuzzi was a great bonus!
