Overall the stay was very good. The rooms were very comfortable and the showers were luxurious. For the price my two day stay was dream. The bathrobes were very nice. The wifi was excellent and the TV set up was also very good.

A few things that were not terrible but notable. The bathroom smelled a little; I think the waste bin by the toilet needed to be washed. The shower did not drain very well. There wasn't really anything in the mini bar. Nothing major, just little nitpicks.

This awesome property set right in the Souda Bay offers just everything you might think of, meaning you simply cannot ask for more. The ammenities in the room are state of the art, great bed, 4k ultra big screen tv (netflix included!), a modern coffee machine, as well a playstaion console for your convenience, a.s.o. The breakfast was just glorious and the lovely attendant ladies are just exceeding themselves! Best coffee served in a hotel restaurant, not to mention a terriffic orange juice made on site. All that and an amazing view of the port. Many thanks for an exquisite experience, even if it was just for a night. We will be definitely return.

This is a 100/10 review for Oniros. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, extremely clean with every amenity you could possibly imagine. The staff are so friendly and helpful (thanks George for all your travel suggestions). The location is by a port so gorgeous Aegan Sea views from the room and dining room. Also very conveniently located off a major highway so traveling by car to other areas of Crete was easy. As for the breakfast it is made to order by a chef! The quality and taste was so superb we ended up eating our dinners there too. If it could not get any better they realized it was my birthday so there was a bottle of wine in our room on arrival. And to make it even more special... the night before my birthday a gentle knock on my door was for a surprise birthday cake the chef made. Excellent service!

The accommodations matched the photos precisely. The personnel were incredibly attentive and amiable. The cuisine at the restaurant was delectable. In anticipation of our early morning flight, they thoughtfully provided us with packed lunches in lieu of breakfast.

The hospitality was amazing , we have to mention the stuff and George itself that took care of every need we had during our stay. Breakfast was very nice as we had the option to mark and choose our meal from a menu. Location is kind of a problem if you don’t have a car but if you do then it’s well located as you are close by to the main road of Crete and 12 minutes drive from Chania. I honestly recommend this hotel.

everything was amazing except the location. The hotel was in-front of a port that was a little bit loudly in the morning, but most of the time it didn’t bother us.

The staff at the hotel is amazing - everyone was just great. Food at the restaurant was quite good and free breakfast buffet included. Nice room, too.

The bed was comfortable but narrow, would have liked a larger one.

The food , the jacuzzi, the room the entire hotel looks fine I just wish it had a public pool but I will try get the one with the private pool if I should come back

The ambiance was wonderful. And the breakfast was SUPER cute :) staff was very friendly! I’m a clean freak and I approve of this hotel!

The slippers weren’t as cushy as I would have liked but still appreciated them.

The hotel was great and the restaurant was amazing! Location was perfect for catching our cruise ship that we missed departing Rome, just a short walk to the dock and we were on board.
