Breakfast, lunch and dinner are AMAZING. And the staff is really friendly (except for one man at the reception desk). Live music as well👌nice gardens and flowers all around the place.

We had a huge cockroach in our 5* room one morning. The room was quite far away from the seafront (we just expected it to be right at the beach, but the hotel is separated into some different parts that confused us a bit). It’s obviously a bit old hotel, some renovations are needed

The hotel has a beautiful beach! Food was great and we are especially thankful to the staff! Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly despite the very hot weather we faced this week (which made work challenging for them I am sure). Thank you for making our holiday great and relaxing. We had very nice time and hope to return. 😊

Great location, beach is sandy, great view from restaurant, friendly staff. Overall nothing to complain about. Reality similar to pictures. AC worked well and pool view was cute.

Same breakfast every day and it was a little bit boring. Guests took the beach chairs by placing towels on them and basically not even being at the beach, not enough beach chairs so we had to pay for the ones at the place next to hotel.

Five star section so much better. Huge quality difference. Size of room and bathroom (double showers). Staff is amazing, especially Amalia, front desk manager, whom made the stay amazing for us. Also the Guest relation manager; Xara, was super helpful. Great with advice on things.

Almost no hangers in the bath room for towels. Two hangers for small towels, and two for large, is way to few. Room 804 is terrible. To few sun beds and umberellas. People ”reserving” spots early in the mornings. Same with beach sun beds.

It was a remarkable experience. The people working within the facility were professional, extremely kind and supportive. We had a great time and I would suggest this hotel to anyone seeking a calm, relaxing and nice holiday.

WiFi was not strong, although this is a broader issue associated with the regional operator rather than the hotel itself. An improvement that could be made pertains the wardrobe size within the room. Persons travelling with kids and/or people with special needs would need a bigger closet space.

The location on the beach and is in a very touristic area. It's a huge property with the best view as we stayed in the block on the beach side. Loved the breakfast area on the beach and the buffet is great.

Unfortunately we were three adults (son of 24) and the room 's furnishing were outdated and way too small for 3 persons, almost even for 2 people. However the view from the room was amazing. Bathroom was tiny but updated. Doubt a very large person fits in the shower.

The food - both quality and range was excellent. Location right by the beach - able to sit on the terrace and look out.

Our room was v small. Double bed pushed against a wall. Bathroom also quite tight.

Everything was very nice. The location, the view, the gardens from the upper side of the resort, the pools and beach area.

Maybe the breakfast could have been more typically Greek and the music from the front garden could have been less louder for the ones having accommodation with a sea view.
