Great location, a little away from the beach but less than 10 minutes walk. And being away from the main road means the hotel feels very peaceful. Great views out to the sea from the room. Lots of really nice restaurants within a ten minute walk away. Staff are always more than happy to help and very friendly. We were always able to get a space around the pool at any time of day.

Staff were exceptional. Immaculately clean and nice food. Pool and surrounding area are also very clean. Right next to little village with authentic Greek tavernas and 5 mins from main road leading to Chania and the beach

Only negatives was pool wasn't as big as we thought although beautifully clean. Hard for people with walking issues as up a bank. If going out at night make sure you have some sort of torch/phone as later on in year streets leading to village are very dark.

Excellent location. Rooms are just enough what you need. Staff was super friendly and helpful in every interaction we had. Breakfast was also pretty good even though we used it only once. Lastly, there was always a place to park right at the hotel which was really nice.

It's a bit uphill if you walk from the main street but nothing crazy

Spotlessly clean apartments. Grounds and communal areas maintained to the highest standards, all the staff are fab too from the management to all the wider team, they clearly take pride in their service. Good central location for everyone in Agia. Thank you team Folio for a great holiday.

The studio was well equipped and the balcony with the sea view was great. We had air con, a small kitchen and the studio was very comfortable. The cleaning service was great. The location is close to a great beach, markets and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We did not make time to spend at the pool, but that looked great as well. Good vibes only with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Folia Hotel apartments. Folia is in a beautiful location overlooking the sea with a big swimming pool area and loungers. They have a lovely dining area around the pool where you can have breakfast and lunch as well as cocktails at the bar in the evening. There is a large selection of different breakfast items available from the breakfast buffet which were delicious to enjoy with the view of the pool. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and ours had a balcony overlooking the sea. There is also very good Wi-Fi from the rooms and the hotel grounds. The owners of the hotel are really helpful and made the stay very enjoyable, helping us with travel recommendations and transfers to the airport.

We really liked the pool area and staff were very friendly. The view for breakfast was very pretty with sea views. Excluding the steepness of the hill, the property is in a good location close to the beach, bus station and lots of shops and restaurants Shower facilities after checkout were very nice and useful.

Our room was on ground floor next to the cleaning cupboard and we were woken up every morning by the cleaners having a chat/grabbing their stuff at around 7am everyday. Our room didn’t have double glazing so we found that every noise from the outside was clearly audible.

This was a dream stay as Folia Apartments had everything a female solo traveler like me needed. Private room away from the eye, fantastic dream views of the sea that I woke up to every day of my 4-day stay to enjoy my yoga and tea; a swimming pool that was really cool. Amazing family-run place, with Giannis answering and helping you out for locations nearby, a yummy breakfast with view of the clear sea that every nature lover would love. I couldn't ask for more! I wish I had added more days here. The bus station is a few minutes walk away and I also could rent a scooter to enjoy Chania on my own. Really loved every minute of it, would go back again!

Fabulous view from the balcony, good sized room with a good sized fridge, crockery and cutlery. It's located less than 10 minutes downhill walk to the beach which is great (the uphill walk back is a little harder!). There aren't loads of sunloungers but there are definitely enough, we managed to get afternoon or morning sunloungers when we wanted. The staff are all really friendly. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby.

The WiFi in the rooms isn't brilliant, but I don't really use WiFi when away so it doesn't bother me 😊

Incredible Hotel. Staff were friendly. Pool/pool bar area was lovely. Room was beautiful with a lovely sea view and a really really comfortable bed. Bathroom was well equipped with 2 shower options over a bath. Impeccably clean throughout.

Everything was perfect so, no complaints from us!
