The hotel is located on a hill ,close to the main road of Agia Marina , and is close to lots of restaurants,souvenir shops and supermarkets. I have booked this hotel for my parents (70+) With the all inclusive option because they don’t speak English and the staff was kind enough to help them with everything was necessary to make them feel welcome. The room allocated was generous enough, very clean and pleasant. We booked a sea view room but because the hotel was full , they have been allocated with a side sea view . The pool area looks bigger in the advertising pictures but we find it kinda small, and in full season gives the impression of being overcrowded. The property has a small buffet restaurant where the meals are served and a bar by the pool. The food is tasty and nice presented and the staff is very attentive to details.The sea is not far from the property and you can pay for the sun-beds for a change of scenery.

The price unfortunately. We paid 1076£ for 4 nights. The hotel and the facilities are nice but unfortunately I can’t say it is fully worth it at this price maybe half would have been a fair price. Going all inclusive in Greece it’s not a very good idea, because there are lots of authentic Cretan tavernas around the property that absolutely worth a try and they offer as well live music ,sea view , good vibes and the prices are absolutely affordable.

Food was good value compared to the cost. Close to sea. Very friendly staff.

According to my booking info I was supposed to get front rooms with sea and pool view. Instead I got room from the left side of the building. As it still had pretty OK sea view and staff was otherwise friendly I did not rise the issue. Not a big problem just a warning that always check what are Your booking terms.

Small och modern hotel. We had a nice room with a sea view. All the staff we came into contact with seemed very polite and service-minded. Food nicely presented and everything was kept very clean and tidy. Nice pool area. Chill atmosphere while we were there. A quiz one evening and Greek musicians and dancers the next, so nice for those who don’t want to get out and about in the evening.

This is probably not on the hotel but there is some rough ground around the hotel premises that detracts a bit from the lovely impression of the hotel. The hotel could landscape it if they had the possibility?

Spacious and well decorated rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. The food for an all inclusive hotel has very good quality and selections, also the coctails ( except margarita with the lemon juice) were pretty good. Good pool size and no problem with sunbeds . I would visit the hotel again for sure...value for money!

No separate area if you want ro relax at night and not participate in the events ( games , lives etc)

+/- Location: in a tourist area which has many tourist shops, restaurants, bars, Marina beach, near bus station, sea view, … but far from the center although can be reached with bus for 1.5 Euro/person or by taxi for 15-18 euro. +/- All-inclusive: Good healthy Mediterranean food with a wide range of choices but if you have some previous exclusives you should adjust your expectations. + Cleanness + Staffs + Medium size pool +... It was our second time here. Just like last year, we are very satisfied this year as well. The staff is nice, the hotel is clean and tidy. The beach is a few minutes' walk away, but the pool is also a great way to spend time. The food is very tasty, varied and can be eaten by people with food sensitivities. I hope we can enjoy the wonder that the hotel gives us again soon.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Luggage room and the possibility for shower when collecting the luggage was really nice - you could change before return flight and still have whole day hiking or at the beach.

The main courses at the buffet could have been better - now it was a bit of fast food style.

Beautiful hotel with very nice hotel area. The room was large, cozy and very clean. The balcony spacious with a lovely view of the sea. The pole area was cleaned every day, the sunbeds were also washed, which was appreciated. The all inclusive was good although there was not much variety in the food, mostly the desserts. Everything was very cheeky and appealing. The staff was very nice, happy and accommodating in all situations. It was possible to put the bag in a locked room after check-out and also a room for shower and change before returning home, so appreciated!

The dishes you expected to be hot were almost cold, but no problem for me, I love greek salad and other cold dishes. The only thing I missed was a coffee machine in the room, it would have been good when you woke up early.

I travel a lot and I stayed in many hotels in my life. This hotel has the most friendly staff I've ever seen. Their friendliness comes naturally.

I didn't like the fact that bottled water is not part of all inclusive concept. You can have purified water from the machine but it's pretty warm.
